This was wonderful and precisely what I wanted! It's hard to find recommendations for fresh herbs and not just hear a list of recipes, but you gave more basic ways to use them which helped give me ideas!
Glad you found this helpful! You'll have to let me know if you end up trying any of my suggestions.... there are so many wonderful ways to use fresh herbs!
Like you in California we have a lot of rosemary. Also I have oregano, basil, thyme, parsley, cilantro, mint, chives, and sage. Do you know a name of a book that shows recipes for fresh herbs with veggies.? Much respect. Hi from Xavienne
Also Idk if you know this, a lot of people don't but if you use high heat with olive oil it changes its chemical makeup and becomes carcinogenic in cooking, so if you Cook olive oil always use low heat. I use xoxonut oil for its healthy fatty acids and triglyceride chains and you can use it with high heat and no worries!
What herbs do you grow?
Cant wait for more! your videos are amazing! Stay cinnected! From the UK and like 1 here!

Can you show a vivo of how to prepare herbs like tarragon and oregano and thyme specifically. Like what part of the plant you use and chop up? TIA!
