Thank you , sooo much after taking ppi's for 3!months and feeling miserable, with what it felt like a ulcer that didn't want to heal and the pain in my esophagus i could not eat anything or sleep i didn't know what else to do; thanks god i came across this video and just tried this exercise twice and boom felt like a lump went down i immediately felt relief the acid stopped burning my ulcer stopped hurting. Thank you, you don't know how much i appreciate you making this video
I too tried this technique and it does work. Be prepared to feel soreness after the first few times. Soreness on your skin. Soreness on your muscles. Also, since your organs are never 100% always the same, you may feel nauseous and a weird feeling of pressure in your stomach\throat. You may even feel scared or anxious. Stick with it. Don't be discouraged either. It may take a while for it to work. It depends on the individual. It took me two weeks but it may take you months. You also need to watch what you eat/drink so that you're not aggravating the hernia. And squat to pick things up. Avoid putting ANY pressure on your mid section as this may cause negative effects. By the way, I am NOT a doctor. I'm merely giving you my experience and suggestions that helped me.
Man, exactly thats what happened to me too, nauseous, i made panic attack like i couldnt breathe good anymore. The thing is that I think i did the method wrong, like I did it lower than normal too. I thought the problem was from the food, I felt weird at the throat too....
This has helped me as an athlete. I had to give up tennis from HH. And then it got worse, after inflammation the area weakened even more... (sudden chest pains while trying to sleep after food (after eating - after workouts especially), shortness of breath for me, heavy eating causing disturbing cardiac like pains in bed... etc... but now the second day into this maneuver and this is the first time i worked out with minimal symptoms, and also no symptoms after eating after workout at night.

I have the exact same symptoms as you and went to the doctor. The doctor said my heart was fine(she said heart palpitations are normal). Then gave me some numbing anti-acid white liquid. The pain right below my sternum went away and i could breathe comfortably, so she assumed it was just to much acid and gave me an anti acid prescription. The anti acid pill didn't help. I just did what the video said and i started burping but pain is still there, so i will continue to do it for the next couple of days and see what happens. Can you tell me how hard you pressed on your stomach (i know the pressure it will be different for everyone). Also can you update me on how you are doing now, like were you able to eat the same things as before the hiatal hernia. This really sucks i can't eat anything with out being in pain.
+Hayley Griffen OMG, I could have written your post myself! Sounds like exactly what I've been going thru, waking in the middle of the night with palps and I KNOW I have this acid reflux & hernia. How are you doing now? Are you still on the Metoprolol?
Hayley Griffen : Hello, I was just reading your comments and I suffer the same problems. I'm starting this massage and noticed I was sore the next day, were you guys sore also and how long did it last? Thanks in advance.
Thank you! I was just dianosed with a hiatal hernia while having a calcium scan of my heart. Now I know why I have had acid reflux for the past 5 years. I'm definitely going to try this maneuver.

44JesusIsLord44 ... you have to push really deep and down to the left... I could almost feel it move. I'd take a deep breath and exhale. u can also get some help while laying flat on your back... there are other vids on that.... and finally... yes Jesus is Lord.
44JesusIsLord44 it about a month before I stopped feeling like something was caught in my throat and ears. I am working on controlling my diet these days.
I'm going to try it, even though it hurts like heck to push on that area. I've been suffering from this for years and years, and your description of "knocks you to your knees" is right on the button. Thanks for this post and I'll be praying on my knees it works! :)
My own chiropractor did this with me. He also had me exhale completely first, so that the diaphram is up higher (because it raises up to push out the air in your lung). This makes it easier to push the hernia back down through.
Why massage both sides ? The stomach needs to be pulled/pushed down at the centre left where the oesophagus passes through the diaphragm. Or is it just for ease of explanation to do both sides?
I will try this out! I can't go to a doctor yet because of financial issues but I hope this works out. I will surely still go to a doctor if I get my yearly bonus too. Thank you!!
@flatswing yes there is a possibility depending on size of the hernia. large hernias can increase intra-thoracic pressures putting more load on the heart, lungs, etc.....
And with that said, thanks alot for this... maybe its some cure... i appreciate it alot... a simple yet miraculous technique. It really works out the sphincter/hiatus muscles really proper. And i combine this with yoga - some of which puts good workout pressure on the area! Thanks alot Dr. Dahlman. I hope this has delayed or negated the need for HH surgery that i was considering.
I just diagnosed with HH through endoscopy. Doctor thinks I should have surgery but this massage technique helped me for 2 days so far after I tried it 3 times a day. 100% of pain downed to 20% and most of the time no pain. Let's see how it goes.
@@DrDahlmanOnline is it possible to fix once and for all? I managed to massage it away with a similar technique, it lasted 5 weeks with no symptoms. Now it's been back for a while and I can't get it back down. Trying this later today 💫
@@laisa. Try doing it longer. You may have felt better when you did it last time and then stopped the massage because you felt better. Go at it again and then for 2-3 weeks every day even after you feel relief.
I just tried this ( yesterday) and something definitely happened. The small lump between my breastbone went away. There's a sense of pressure relief ( and I started expelling a bit of pent up gas which made me feel even better.) I do concur with another who reported soreness and even "feeling weird". I was achy in my butt and legs and restless when going to bed. Odd dreams and constant waking up from them. A disruptive first night but I'll wait a day as the Dr. recommends before next attempt. But much more progress than all the pills !
I’ll definitely give this a try. I was diagnosed with a Hiatal Hernia but quit medication and started using ACV. This solved about 75% of the problem. Have been doing diaphragm breathing and pushing stomach down exercises with minimal success but this looks like it should work better. Thanks for the information.
I have a Hiatal Hernia as well as one in my belly button. I did your procedure correct and it made me feel just a little light headed. I have IBS, diverticulitis. NO gallbladder, NO Appendix, I had a hysterectomy when I was 25, now I'm 44. Dr. Stated he felt like it was going to be a problem with the stomach a vein or artery not sure Doctor said I may have to have it fixed he has to figure out which route. I just found out about the hernia in belly button though. What causes the hernias?
Would this work if there is not a hernia but the stomach is adhered to the diaphragm? I've seen other massage techniques that are said to work for both. Thanks so much!
@ Dr dalhman why When I’m under stress is when I feel more of this issue and maybe because of the pressure my heart start skipping is that make sense? Thank you 🙏🏽
@flatswing Hey i am getting shortness of breath and fatigue too and i have no idea why, it comes very randomly and will last 4 to 6 hours. Do you get this as well? I saw that you were asking if those symptoms are from a hiatal hernia, im trying to find out what the hell is wrong with me.
Hello, I have this problem. I read a post on here about abdominal exercises. My acid reflux is made worse by this as well. This is the second time within a year I have had problems after doing a stretching routine. I am very flexible and tend to bend too far through the middle causing my stomach to push up through my diaphragm. My only relief is through manual manipulation like you describe. I will do this per your instructions and hopefully not have to go for tests or worse, drink a gallon of water and jump off a step. Ugh.
Is this some thing I'm doing to cause these Hernia's. My left leg stays freezing cold and my foot,, warms up some times. Their going to do an endoscopy and also a MRI. I just put my finger in my belly button and I felt it. My sister I truly believe she has a hiatal hernia -- severe--top part of stomach swollen really bad. I told her to please get it checked. Now can these hernias but and cause me other serious health issues? Thanx for your time Dr.
Think i might have this. I feel very bloated in the upper abdomen and it feels as if my diaphragm cannot properly expand to take a full breath. Also when i try to take a deep breath i feel tension in my stomach. I also occasionally get acid reflux. Last week i was ill and threw up but afterwards i felt great for the next few days - no bloating of difficulty taking a deep breath. I am thinking that the contortions of my abdomen whilst throwing up dragged my stomach fully back in to my abdomen
I've experienced where I bent over in an awkward position and felt the hernia push through and could feel the lump in my chest below the sternum. VERY painful. It always goes away and works itself out. But lately I noticed that if I ate at night/overate I felt heart palpitations and was nauseous. I need to lose a lot of weight, but I wonder if I need to massage it daily? Or is it the bunching up that I only feel rarely when the hernia pushes through when I need to massage it? Is the massaging what will help with the day to day uncomfortable feelings? THANKS!
I was diagnosed with hiatal hernia based on a series esophagus gastro duodenal after that i did an endoscopy and dr told me that there was no hernia but I have reflux in such amount that i can feel the acid in my throat also i cant eat i wonder if you can helpme with this how can i have a word with you im from mexico
So glad this technique was on here.. I get this corrected with my chiropractor that is trained for this. He uses a little device that like taps everything into place it's a strong tap but doesn't hurt.. Instantly relieves everything .. I do have to go back once in awhile but this is a great technique for when I can't travel to see him.
i have a hiatal hernia. the bad thing is its small so the sphincter doesnt close at all. i hope this works because im tired of feeling bloated, tired, and nauseated. i also get this excruciating pain! and i mean excruciating. it radiates into my shoulders and back. and because the acid refluxed so much my stomach has gastritis. i have ulcers in my esophagus and eosinophilic esophagitis
i was diagnosed with this after my endoscopy yesterday, the only symptom i get is shortness of breath. so i will try that and see if my breathing gets better thx!
No. The ball can't get to where your hands will. Just do what my video says, start gentle and easy and then push deeper as you get used to it. Good luck!
Hello good sir, I would like to ask for some advices if you could help me, please. I have a small sliding hiatal hernia. I am 26 years old and I am desperate because doctors here don't want to help me and only give me antacids and to make operation, in the end. The main factors that caused it were: stress that produced gastritis (GERD), from what I also read, stress can cause unusual stomach movements that contributes to hiatal hernia and maybe weak muscles or I was born with a larger hiatus. Gastritis irritated the upper part of the stomach. I was coughing a lot over the years (4-5 years) because no doctor told me that the problem was from the stomach. Chronic coughing made the hiatal hernia larger. Symptoms: reflux gave me a chronic rhinitis (my nose was leaking almost every day), stinging at the throat especially in the morning, cough, hoarseness, chestburn when I laugh hard after eating. It seems that with the diet I corrected most of these but I am still scared about the future. Here are my questions that I hope would help others in need: 1. Is it possible to make the diaphragm muscle (hiatus) stronger with sport or with any other therapy that won't allow the stomach to pass into the esophagus? Will this self-massage make the diaphragm stronger too? 2. If there would be a small reflux (controlled with diet), would it ever affect, in time, the esophagus and transform it in the Barrett's Esophagus? When I say small reflux I compare it maybe with the one that all people have it when they eat too much but that reaches the esophagus only and not the mouth. 4. Can the Barrett's Esophagus be made without hiatal hernia? 5. Is it possible to heal GERD with strict diet from 1 to more years, without antacids? 6. What are the chances to get pneumonia from GERD?
Goos man. if only all doctors could be like you. there meant to try and help. not just pass you meds. i tried this and got instant relief. Im going to do this regular til its gone. No disrespect to you but i believe it can go with some effort, regardless of what most doctors and fellow surgeons think. They want us dependent on their business. Regardless of natural cures
Doctor said I may have a haital hernia and to see my PCP. The one thing I've noticed is it's causing a lot of breathing problems, especially laying down. I feel shortness of breath doing the simplest of things. Does anyone else have breathing trouble from the hiatal hernia?
When i lay on my back i get it pretty bad, and then it slowly gets better after about 30 seconds... lol it's really strange. It also makes me feel like something is squeezing or restricting my lungs. Iv'e had it for about 5 years, trying this technique to see if it helps.
EQOAnostalgia hello I've been suffering 3years now it's so annoying as doctor 👨⚕️ won't do nothing I can't breath standing or even sitting or lying down the lump in my upper abdomen so big . And my doctor in England sd I'm fat . So now I'm in Italy to try sort this out . Again spent my last penny on doctors and stuff nothing I'm so fed up . Please help ..must be something or someone that can help
TOTALLY! I thought I knew how to breathe until I learned from a physical therapist that the technique for breathing is really a spectrum with stomach/Diaphragm on one end and chest breathing on the other. Diaphragm/stomach breathing is the optimal technique as the diaphragm muscle is in constant use, doing what it was supposed to do, ascend/descend your lungs by contracting/releasing, creating negative pressure in your lungs, "pulling" air into the deepest areas of your lungs. A weak Diaphragm has been correlated with Hiatal hernias, with a weak diaphragm surrounding the herniated stomach. I lifted, worked construction and pushed my body to all manners of extreme while not really engaging my diaphragm (which also makes the ceiling of your abdominal muscles, and your pelvic floor, being, well your floor) but rather Chest breathing. Chest Breathing is like your backup system and is easily noticed after exercising or panicking: using your pectoral muscles, upper back muscles and neck muscles (main culprits being scalenes and sternocleidomastoid). Chest breathing, while lifting, can cause stiffness/pain and long term lack of mobility due to muscles doing two jobs: keeping you breathing and helping you lift that thing. I am currently trying to regain my diaphragm strength using controlled breathing exercises, planks and relearning how my core interacts with my breathe, rhythm of walking and how my center of gravity causes me to hunch over or relax my core to the point i am forced to chest breathe. I am still deep in my journey of trying to understand how to get out of this naturally as I still live with my the pain related to In-genial Hernia surgery. But Chest breathing is a thing, compared to the natural diaghragm breathing and the lack of knowledge of this distinction is where I started my search because the drs/Pts who tell me the only option for Hiatal hernia is surgery are also saying theres no real importance in knowing how to breathe, we just do it; while the Drs/Pts (a short list) who do recognize the importance of proper breathing technique also take my concerns of my hiatal hernia being treated non-invasively seriously. I wish you the best of luck, and I cant help but wonder if this is part of the new frontier of modern medicine...or rediscovering the power of yoga techniques....
yes, I had heart palps and high heart rate from it, but I'd definitely see a Dr. to get a proper diagnosis and rule out any other more serious heart issue.
I was diagnosed with A-Fib a couple years ago & have been on two meds for it. Also had upper Gi with diagnosis of Hiatal hernia. I found a web page from Dr. Carolyn Dean , an MD with a background in nutrition. She wrote a book about reminerlizing your heart. Most people who end up with A-fib have a magnesium defiency and most heart doctors either don't know about it or just don't tell you. ($). Lack of physician training in nutrition. One of the meds they put me on, Metropolol actually takes magesium from your body therefore making your heart problems worse. Check her out . Shes not a quack.
I tried this and after a few seconds i felt my stomach gurgling and i had to go #2 RIGHT AWAY! I felt some anxiety as well. I wonder if someone can explain what exactly happened inside my stomach to produce this effect? Did anyone else experience this? Thanks.
You also need to watch what you eat/drink so that you're not aggravating the hernia. And squat to pick things up. Avoid putting ANY pressure on your mid section as this may cause negative effects. By the way, I am NOT a doctor. I'm merely giving you my experience and suggestions that helped me
bobsagetlovesu What do u mean by "don't put any pressure on the mid- sections" (do u mean the soft part under the breastbone?). So as the doctor said apply pressure one inch below the breastbone i.e. below the soft tissue part, did I understand right?
I wonder if the anxiety comes up because the esophagus is closely connected with the vagus nerve which controls the tone & strength of the lower esophageal sphincter as well as peristalsis. The vagus nerve is also closely connected to anxiety, although usually it relieves it. But perhaps some mechanism of this manipulation causes anxiety & then as the stomach settles back into place the vagus nerve can then kick in & relieve that anxiety. I have personally found relief from reflux by taking a breath & holding it, or by humming a low tone, both which stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system through the vagus nerve.
This is relatively an old listing. There is no link to a written form of the exercise. Also nothing has been said if this is safe or unsafe for all levels of Hiatal Hernia. Just being diagnosed, I am a wary when there is no consideration given to all levels of this Hiatal Hernia.
why didn't my doctor tell me this I 've been suffering for years and just in a minute -relief. I want to do without the tablets I believe altho they give me relief have caused me to put on weight and may in the long term be adverse to health. Thanks.
its amazing how stupid alot of doctors are. i'm in the same boat, 1980-2015, hiatal hernnia, candida infection, 7 doctors 0 for 7, new doctors, smart ones finally.
They make more money in keeping you on their drugs which actually cause other problems which of course they have another drug for. Read Death by Modern Medicine.
L4JRapture yes they do for doctors it all about giving cheap drugs They don't really care about getting to the root of the problem and solving it They say " try this for 6week then come see me again Then that don't work " try you on something different . That don't work then eventually years go by and all the mess have had side effects and other problems Arise . I'd discusting how doctors don't care about patients . Just about putting more money in there pocket . I've been suffering so much with my upper abdomen so big as if there's a massive lump in there For 3years had also can't breath . I've been told I'm fat that that reason . I'm not even 55 kilos . They don't care , I would love to find a solution to this problem once and for all . Can any one help please I've spent all my money on doctors . And can't seem to get no we're ... I want to know this lump in my upper abdomen I do have a heatal hernia . But doctors are shrugging it off . 😒😷😢😢😢😢😢😢😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😬😬😬😬
Are you saying that hiatal hernia probably won't cause shortness of breath and fatigue? That's just not so. I KNOW that it does. I'm not sure how it affects the heart but I'm surprised that you would say that it probably won't cause shortness of breath and fatigue.
I burp on the right side of solar plexus while doing this. Never had an idea what is causing my problems with digestion, anxiety, pain in solar plexus for years but now I might know...
Once you move up to 3-4x/day, when is the best time to do this? Should it be done on an empty stomach? How long after eating? Can it be done while you are having a bad reflux episode?
To cure acid reflux I recommend this exercise, also avoid lifting heavy for some months, stretches, deep breathing, and at last take HCL + Pepsin if you have indigestion/poor digestion (that causes acid reflux aswell).
Hello I've tried everything Endoscopy .loads of melds which I don't take no more as the side affects were so bad My upper abdomen looks 5months pregnant with a hard lump in it and doctors have told me I'm FaT can you believe that I haven't been able to breath for 5 months now I'm so fed up it's been 3years and it's getting worse . Can anyone help please . I can't take it no more . My stomach always feals full up . England say the same thing . I'm in Italy trying to get sorted out and they are just as bad and shrug you off I'm mentally and physically excusted 😩

If you smoke, stop smoking. Yes, it causes fatigue. I have it and every time I misbehave and go through a crisis, I cannot keep my eyes open. I sleep day and night and I have no energy.
I really appreciate people sharing this information to help others without asking money for it.
Respect for you, doctor!
very true, that is what real doctors should do though

And i combine this with yoga - some of which puts good workout pressure on the area! Thanks alot Dr. Dahlman. I hope this has delayed or negated the need for HH surgery that i was considering.
Did you proceed with the surgery?
I just diagnosed with HH through endoscopy. Doctor thinks I should have surgery but this massage technique helped me for 2 days so far after I tried it 3 times a day. 100% of pain downed to 20% and most of the time no pain. Let's see how it goes.
Good to hear. Don't stop! You will fix this with this technique.
Did it last please?
Dr. Dahlman... thank you... Is It Possible To Injure Yourself... In Spite Of Judicious Application Of The Technque?
I’ll definitely give this a try. I was diagnosed with a Hiatal Hernia but quit medication and started using ACV. This solved about 75% of the problem. Have been doing diaphragm breathing and pushing stomach down exercises with minimal success but this looks like it should work better. Thanks for the information.
@@yecats953 It’s been very helpful. Haven’t needed any medication for 2 months since taking it. See Dr’s Berg, Mandell and Ekberg videos.
@@Klunker1 How do you take ACV please? Before meals? I bought ACV in pill form and want to try💫
@@laisa. I take it with about 6 oz water 20 minutes before dinner.
Thanks doc. Gonna try this bcuz I got a hernia while training for figure competition
Absolutely it can and is probably caused by the vagus nerve. I've had exactly those symptoms from hiatal hernia.
Thanks so much!
where can I find the link mentioned in this video?
how can we do this massage? lying or standing?
@ Dr dalhman why When I’m under stress is when I feel more of this issue and maybe because of the pressure my heart start skipping is that make sense? Thank you 🙏🏽
Dr Dahlman, i got a question for this method.. can we do this after eating?? or we must do it while stomach is empty???? thanx you
@flatswing Hey i am getting shortness of breath and fatigue too and i have no idea why, it comes very randomly and will last 4 to 6 hours. Do you get this as well? I saw that you were asking if those symptoms are from a hiatal hernia, im trying to find out what the hell is wrong with me.
Dr. Dahlman, in your experience, can hiatal hernias cause atrial fib., shortness of breath, and fatigue?
Hello, I have this problem. I read a post on here about abdominal exercises. My acid reflux is made worse by this as well. This is the second time within a year I have had problems after doing a stretching routine. I am very flexible and tend to bend too far through the middle causing my stomach to push up through my diaphragm. My only relief is through manual manipulation like you describe. I will do this per your instructions and hopefully not have to go for tests or worse, drink a gallon of water and jump off a step. Ugh.
I can't work out exactly where to put my fingers.:)
Please could you explain a bit more how I do this?
How hard do you push down? Im a bit worried to push to hard.. But too little might not be enough to do anything
Did you do the excercise?
I'm SO pleased for you. PLEASE eat properly. I got mine from constipation I'm sure.
Can anyone write what the doctor said that I can translate it . My English is not very well. please
Do you do this standing, sitting or lying? I can't really dig in standing or sitting.
Wow, I tried it and after doing it 2 days I felt the hernia fall back down. Amazing technique. Thks for sharing
Chris Gunter for real ?
Can we fix hh permanently with the massage?
I was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia years ago. My Nexium has stopped working, so I'm going to start trying this. Hope it works.
How is it now? I`m desperate, would give a kidney for a little relief

Ithaca Alley I
what is your chiropractors name
i have a hiatal hernia. the bad thing is its small so the sphincter doesnt close at all. i hope this works because im tired of feeling bloated, tired, and nauseated. i also get this excruciating pain! and i mean excruciating. it radiates into my shoulders and back. and because the acid refluxed so much my stomach has gastritis. i have ulcers in my esophagus and eosinophilic esophagitis
Sir but the doctor says we can't massage our stomach. Is it true
Can I get more info
No need. It's all in the video. Try it, it works.
i was diagnosed with this after my endoscopy yesterday, the only symptom i get is shortness of breath. so i will try that and see if my breathing gets better thx!
How was it?
Is it common for this to be really sore when you do it the first time? I can't imagine doing this for a minute. He hurt the first one I did.
Please suggest me, does anyone continue antiacid tablets or had just massage. I am also suffering from hiatus hernia
I get acid reflux or where food comes back up, Im gonna keep trying this massage I hope it works because I cant relax with it
Therese no link Doc
No pain nor acid reflux but a protrusion between my naval and sternum when flexing. Is this a hiatal hernia or something different?
That sounds like an abdominal wall hernia instead
Hi, could this massage help with large 8cm hernia?
Ok, my stomach isn't so soft. I am chubby, so do you think it's fat I am feeling? It is tender to the touch because I had my gall bladder removed.
So where is the link?

Thank you so much Doctor!
Much better view - THANKS Doctor!!!
Thanks! This video is a life saver.
Dear Dr. Dahlman,
Can I do this massage by myself with a small ball?
I would be very greatful for some Feedback!
Best regards,
Igor
No. The ball can't get to where your hands will. Just do what my video says, start gentle and easy and then push deeper as you get used to it. Good luck!
Missing link.
Here are my questions that I hope would help others in need:
Regardless of natural cures
how ur hernia now?
I suspect my heart palpitations and anxiety come from hiatal hernia which overexcite vagus nerve.
absolutely. I have exactly those symptoms
Same here i thought im having heart attack and panic attack
Doctor said I may have a haital hernia and to see my PCP. The one thing I've noticed is it's causing a lot of breathing problems, especially laying down. I feel shortness of breath doing the simplest of things. Does anyone else have breathing trouble from the hiatal hernia?
yep, shortness of breath is a common symptom of my hiatal hernia. I attributed it to asthma for years.
do some research on magnesium defiency.
When i lay on my back i get it pretty bad, and then it slowly gets better after about 30 seconds... lol it's really strange. It also makes me feel like something is squeezing or restricting my lungs. Iv'e had it for about 5 years, trying this technique to see if it helps.
EQOAnostalgia hello I've been suffering 3years now it's so annoying as doctor 👨⚕️ won't do nothing
I can't breath standing or even sitting or lying down the lump in my upper abdomen so big .
And my doctor in England sd I'm fat .
So now I'm in Italy to try sort this out . Again spent my last penny on doctors and stuff nothing
I'm so fed up .
It just worked I did it 3 times it just worked wow. I pray for u
Does it depend on what size your hiatal hernia is?
can you have a Hiatal hernia without the chronic heartburn?
yes, I do only have a hiatal hernia without the heartburn
yes it can be
dont worry
Wow! Great website, great video! Thanks!
It kind of scares me when I do the up and in motion because there is a semi-hard lump in the middle there.
Dr Dahlman,
can hiatal hernia cause a heart palpitation?
yes, I had heart palps and high heart rate from it, but I'd definitely see a Dr. to get a proper diagnosis and rule out any other more serious heart issue.
Thank you, its simple and precise let me start strait away.
I tried this and after a few seconds i felt my stomach gurgling and i had to go #2 RIGHT AWAY! I felt some anxiety as well. I wonder if someone can explain what exactly happened inside my stomach to produce this effect? Did anyone else experience this? Thanks.

I guess you can't do this exercise on a full stomach right?

is it normal to feel bubbles inside like popping when u push down??
Its just your heart exploding, no worries

They make more money in keeping you on their drugs which actually cause other problems which of course they have another drug for. Read Death by Modern Medicine.
+virginia dobias Amen, that is SO TRUE, for most of them!! Not saying all docs are bad, but many it's all about the $, sadly.
L4JRapture yes they do for doctors it all about giving cheap drugs
They don't really care about getting to the root of the problem and solving it
They say " try this for 6week then come see me again
Then that don't work " try you on something different .
That don't work then eventually years go by and all the mess have had side effects and other problems
Arise .

Once you move up to 3-4x/day, when is the best time to do this? Should it be done on an empty stomach? How long after eating? Can it be done while you are having a bad reflux episode?
There are no restrictions on when, empty stomach or during a reflux episode. Do it any time it's convenient for you.
Dr Dahlman Online it does really work?
To cure acid reflux I recommend this exercise, also avoid lifting heavy for some months, stretches, deep breathing, and at last take HCL + Pepsin if you have indigestion/poor digestion (that causes acid reflux aswell).
It works!
I burp when I do this! haha, very good
