I also like how you fry the garlic and ginger first before mixing it in and using the butter for the extra juiciness. Cooking it a bit first gives it more flavour.

@@FoodBeverageNepal Your welcome, Nepalese food is a treat for us in England, when i get recipes right i cook them for the Gurkhas at work who enjoy them a lot and are surprised an English guy can cook them. I'm quite happy using specialist Nepalese ingredients as there are a few Chinese Asian and Indian markets near me to buy from, i like to make only authentic food, then i can sample what its like to be in your country.
But most of the nepali people don't fry garlic and ginger
They just put hot oil after mixing everything
