That looks a lovely recipe, I don’t think i can get buffalo here in the UK only beef. So I wouldn’t disrespect Nepal by making it with beef. I’ll have to look about see if I can get something similar like Bison maybe? Thanks for the recipes 👍

i have talked with everest momo ko dai who is kinda close to my dad and he confirmed that they dont use any turmeric and most packed masalas .they say the recipes been secret for years. they make their own masalas
