This was a fantastic video. As a Realtor from PA and someone that also makes these videos I really enjoyed the pace and amount of information you shared in that short amount of time. Good job guys.
@@PatrickOConnorRealtor I would be very interested in some information about this question! I live in California and my husband and I are considering a move to South Carolina in the next couple years. We've visited twice and absolutely love it!
Where would you recommend for my husband and I? We have a 3 year old so we need somewhere family friendly, but we are also major foodies! We like suburb the most please help!
I have 3 kids and have lived in Lexington and Irmo and love both. For us, we focused on the high school attendance areas. Typically, if you're in a high ranking high school area the other options for schooling area also good in this area. Feel free to call or text and I can give you more details - areas/neighborhoods/etc 803-243-0224
I recently moved to Nashville from San Diego and I miss the beach / ocean. I'd like to be within 45 mins of the ocean / beach, but not in a known flood zone. Any advice for someone heading to SC and wants to call it home and start a family??
Summerville would be a great option if you'd like to be close to the ocean and in a good area. Let me know if you'd like me to connect you with our partner there.
Hello: Thank you for that information. I live in Pittsburgh and looking to move either to North Carolina or South Carolina not sure what would be good fit for my husband and I. I like a small town feel somewhere you can walk down and get a coffee and shops. Could you direct me I dont wont to be in any flood zones. Thank You Christine.
I know several that have kids enrolled in special needs programs in Lexington School District One and are pleased with the staff and experience for their kids.
Ground has just been broken for a first in the state nature preserve and park completely designed for people with special needs at Lake Blalock just north of Spartanburg. There will be an event center, trails with technology aids for the blind, boating with accessible docks, picnic pavilions among other things. The first phase of the park is expected to open in about a year and a half.
Hi, we're just covering the South Carolina Midlands in this area. If you'd like more information on Myrtle Beach we can point you in the right direction!

What are three things you think people moving from the West Coast need to know about South Carolina? I'll be sure to cover it in another video..
