Not a single mention of the Kooler...such an empty feeling inside
Funny!

you're never too stiff, too broken or too old to start training your flexibility. much respect to Stan for doing this
He did this to rehabilitate his knees hips and shoulder
Long story short
doctors told him to get hip replacement surgery
But he went to this.man before getting the surgery
He ended up not needing the surgery after this
This shows true dedication - doing all the boring shit, because it's important. Stan and Mark are awesome.
I have just realized, I need to start doing way more mobility work
Wow, one champion helping another champion with his goals! Just learnt a bucket load of stuff there... Cheers
Wow!
I remember Mark from The 90s, he used to compete in the WSM competitons back then.
His attitude, discipline and hard-work mentality made him one of my favourites.
Sadly, he suffered from bad luck, and had a string of severe injuries that ended his career.
Great to see him again!
Stan is my best friend cuz he never fails to give the most authentic and necessary information required 🌟🌟
This is straight up valuable af
This mobility work is amazing! Thanks, Stan Efferding for the video :)
It's good to see some of these videos! It's a totally different view we get to see from Stan!
Stan, thanks so much for this. I'm a 57 year old with FAI as well and want to squat and oly lift without killing my hips so I'm always looking for help
Mark Philippi and PSI have always been the leader in strength sports development.
Excellent video. Thanks for publishing it
This was shot by Caleb Ralston. He did the the Provin' It DVD with Stan.
Предыдущие четыре видео хорошие и отличного качества.Хорошо,что возобновили выкладку видео на канале.Ждем следующие видео.
great video.. that shit is hard as hell to perform correctly
Just amazing, this is what makes a true athlete! And champion!
humility is a beautiful thing
Wonderful content! Why am i seeing this just now 🤷♂️
Because you didn’t look for it before?
Great content!!
It's good to see that overhead squats are hard for him too.
5:58 My favorite part. That's an awesome idea to ensure overall body tightness.
good stuff..mobility work is crucial
At least twice a month, but usually once a week.
This looks like all of the NFL "functional strength" videos, except this video has a White Rhino.
Must feel like a new man after one of those sessions.
Favorited.
Great video! Congratulate on your 2300 breaking it! Keep it up! Marlon
the music in that gym was killing me i kept wanting to mute the video, but I felt like I was missing dialog
I agree suck!
What it takes to be the best
Lol the best @ lack of mobility
Every week, normally Wednesday or Thursday.
great stuff have to do a lot of this thanks
please anyone tell me: how is the exercise at 6:45 called?
Thanks for sharing
Stan, how is your physique? Do you think you can jump back into BB if you wanted, or has that ship sailed? Room left past 2300 or are you topped out? We need an interview!
4:17 What color and tension bands were used for this exercise please tell me?
man I need some of that
Maybe I should try this. My hip mobility is horrible.
The rhinos doing some static mobility aka yoga
Great video.
Does anyone know how often Stan does this? (sees a coach to work on mobility)
I think we're done with BB for right now....maybe he'll get the bug again but for right now all we're focused on is March 24th.
Is this performed on a non-training day? Or before training on a particular day?
Where do you get those mobility sticks from?
I got a sturdy stick from Home Depot. It’s about the size of a broom stick but slightly longer and it’s a harder wood. $8 bro, it’ll change your life.
5:55 Guessing the purpose is to brace his core in that position and get tight like it's a PR attempt? Interesting.
Stan was massive 👀
Awesome ! Question : How often Stan is doin' this mobility work ? And what period of the day ? Before, afeter or before/after training ?
According to his recent videos he does his mobility work twice a week and tries to align it with DOMS he'd get from other lifts.
Interesting
I got the 1k like!
5:50 is that stan or kk?
I need some more instructions for my dumb ass so I can execute properly
Not hating because I find you stuff super informative and a must watch. But why not fasten you laces your feet are move around in a bad way. Look at the angle of the couches foot angle rolling g of his shoes no wander he needs knee straps. Not hating g just saying as a long term lifter that has had bad knees but sorted them by getting foot strong.
Has Mark Philippi got problems with his legs? He doesn't seem very mobile, m8s.
Yes he had a really bad leg injury at the world's strongest man
interesting
They call that the "inmate walk" @ 4:00.
lolllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll son here, a like for u
YES!
lol after getting your cheeks busted
Thanks for the motivating videos, Stan. Sorry to hear your gym plays shit music too lol
4:12 is called the "Ran Out of Toilet Paper".
I dont know how he can be so stiff and still be able to lift. I get joint pain/tendonitis fast if i stop all stretching/mobility work and i would still be much more mobile than him :S
his shoulders suck but his hip mobility is pretty good man keep in mind how wide his stance is
charliehustlenflow True. Now that i looked the video again he has his legs pretty wide and well opened and still maintaining very upright position in the weighted stretch.
Yep and you squat 900 right
I think genetics play a massive role. Stans legs aren't as big as the rest of hes body .
