I retired last year and I'm starting to sew again. I don’t think I would have even considered sewing again if I didn’t have my RUclips teachers. I appreciate everyone and I hope you are enjoying it too. It must be a blast teaching the world like this.
Thanks Ms Newton. I want to start making my own collared shirts and maybe pants and was looking around to see if I needed an overlocker for it. Most have said no, a sewing machine should be enough but I thought I could start sewing pillows and other maybe easier things first. I asked myself how I would sew up a pillow or cushion without seeing the thread and you showed me and it didn't look too hard. I will give this a shot first and give family personal cushions and then after a I'm a bit more experienced make my own shirts.
You make knots at the end of the threads like my mother used to do. She could get that nice knot right at the end of the thread each and every time! She tried teaching me how to do that but I never caught on. I always end up with a messy tangle. Thank you for making this video. You have helped me a lot!
I wish to start small beed sheets business but I searched for the fabric supplier with low price and I dont reached, can you recommend trusted fabric supplier please

Is she going directly into the fabric after the stitch or is she going under the previous stitch?
Directly into the fabric across from previous stitch.
Thanks so much!

What happens if I run out of thread and the hole isn’t patched? Do I knot it as if it’s finished and start from step 1?
Yes, exactly. Thanks for watching!

Can you do this on leather pant?
Possibly, would need a leather needle.
