This is probably one of the best channels showing how to tear down and rebuild bad ass machines.
Followed the Honda 4000ex build, watching this one now, and will watch the others.
Someone who actually cares about their machines instead of half ass it and does it properly!
Thank you!
Getting lucky with two pivot bolts is very uncommon. Loving the series.
I know, right? Stay tuned though ... the rear axle did not fair quite as well!
Just when I really get into it, it's over. Great series so far man!
Thanks! ... and thanks for your support!
I got an ebc clutch tool just because they look super cool lol. You need a pair or straight nose snap ring pliers. Makes getting them weird ones a bit easier.
hells yeah ... just went and looked at my snap ring plier kit and I actually have both pair of straight nosed (contractors and expanders) and didn't even think to use those ... doh! Another brain lapse!
Great video
Thank you kindly ...
I think that cam chain tensioner went bad and is what caused that binding on the cam chain. Previous video it didn’t look like it snapped back.
correct once again sir! the tensioner was bad and the cam chain guide was chewed up among a million other things in this machine ...
I love your videos man you think you could spare me a beat up 4 wheeler so I can take apart and rebuild
no ... lol
🔥🔥🔥

That washer you grabbed after taking the shift drum thing off was on the shifter shaft.
Thank you! You are correct! I figured that out while editing the footage for this video! These videos also help me!
Having same binding up issue still runs after bumping starter to the right position
mine is coming apart and getting a brand new crankshaft ... OEM Yamaha this time ... I'm not trying anything but genuine OEM Yamaha parts this time!
Quick question. I have a 2004 yfz 450 and can not get the rear motor bolt out. Without destroying it is there a certain way?
Sometimes the only way to get it out is to destroy it. I got lucky with this one. I was not so lucky with Honda 200x tear down. You can see towards the end of this video how I had to go about removing that pivot bolt - ruclips.net/video/kAUfNMMf-WM/видео.html
What’s that lift called ??
This thing is awesome! It also works with bikes and comes with J-Hooks for stability. It's a scissor floor jack by Pit Posse - amzn.to/2TTN6Gj
