You asked in Episode 1 if anyone would be interested in watching you rebuild the 05'. I would like to put my vote in as a Yes. I would like to see that. Great Job as always.
Too late! I just finished it up and am taking pictures of it right now to sell on Facebook Marketplace! - in Phoenix, AZ - That thing was a mess! Broken crankcase, bent valves, missing shims, ignition coil bad, rectifier & solenoid both bad, battery shot, etc.
Wait 'til the next episode! The clutch itself is barely used! The clutch basket fingers have barely any wear! Someone destroyed this machine with low hours ... such a shame.
Even when I don’t have time to actually watch I let your videos play so you’ll get the watch time at the very least to try to support the channel.... because I know 100% I’ll be referencing your videos at some point.
Oh absolutely man. I keep trying to get my channel up but things just kept happening left and right. Blew my truck’s engine, got hurt at work and had to have shoulder surgery, and now my car (second vehicle) is totaled and I’m trying to buy another truck, along with a few other personal family issues.... so it’s been one expense after another. I do however know that when it finally happens I will appreciate it a lot more because of what I went through to get there.
Hello, my YFZ doesn't have the original screws for the stator cover. Can we remove them one by one, replacing each one immediately with a new screw, without having to remove the entire cover and put on a new gasket? Or is there a risk of leakage? I would like to put back the original screws without disassembling everything. Thank you.
Also rebuilding my 06, had piston slag, also replacing my timing guides as the one thats loose broke, just need to pull my flywheel without a flywheel puller😂any ideas?

That clutch cover looks like it has had a handful of rides on it, it's like new.

Man wish you'd put out some new content
I'm still alive ... working super hard at my current job so the build and RUclips have kinda been put on hold ...
So was you runnin just straight water in the radiator? I run antifreeze with VP cool down additive, to hopefully keep anything from rusting
No, I don't run straight water ...I bought the machine like this ...

yes, you can do it that way, but if any of them start to leak I would pull the whole cover and get a new gasket
