Great video, thank you. I need my husband to harden up that soft heart of his because our current ear cleanings is just our beagle flapping the solution all over the place!

My dogs vet recommended Douxo Micellar Solution and that has stopped all her ear infections. That as well as then packing her ears with the medicine last time vs self administering. No more ear infections. I clean her ears according to the vet recommendation.

If their ears are very waxy even if they're being cleaned every day, and they have very hairy ears (Cavalier) would they require their ear hair to be plucked out?
My dog is very strong and absolutely hates the ear stuff so he wont stay still long enough for it to even get half way in his ear, do i have to take him to a vet to get it done?
What is the wash you are using? Please and thank you I would really appreciate a response. I buy a small bottle of solution but I dont feel like I can help much with it as I leave it in but dont wash it it out with cotton buds as you mention. I need to regularly clean her ears
Wash them out with warm water and baby shampoo. You’ll never get it out with tips or cotton balls. Then put the medicine… silver is best, and later a drying solution.
Don’t use either of these! Human solutions are not the correct pH for dogs. And random treatment yourself as n unqualified person within random solutions is very dangerous. Use only solutions meant for animals sold by reputable companies

Doesn't Pushing the Cotton Ball inside of the ear canal push the ear wax into the ear canal even deeper??
I can’t find the other video you recommended regarding ear infection treatment

Hi Ebe, yes if that's the case maybe give your vet a call and see what they suggest for your particular pup. Good luck! 😊🐾

I have an aggressive Chihuahua with an ear infection, I would like you to clean her ears ... She's an alligator 🐊, I'm at my wits end. 😢
The squirting of the liquid makes me cringe a little knowing what that would do to my ear. I'd have liquid in my ear for days.
