This showed a lot of restraint on their part, because I'm sure they could have increased their views by doing so. Now, I ask myself, why don't YOU like this video? The morning of the tree removal, someone had parked right under the huge tree. City Forester Crews worked throughout the day ....completely removed the tree and left around 3 pm. In my city, first they'd ticket the car for parking in a no parking zone, then have the car towed by a private towing company at the owner's expense. All in all, it would cost the car's owner upwards of $400 or more.
@@rla1000 Yup by me they would ticket it, tow it, and then the owner would get charged per day for storage. Plus when collecting they run his records, and if he owes any fines he has to pay up before collecting. Then once he goes there the car will be given a safety inspection, and, unless it is perfect, he gets another set of fines, and then has to first pay them plus storage again, and then remove it on a lowbed, and go and get a roadworthy done on it, and pass, before he gets to drive it again. I've ran into a few of these knobs that didn't want to move their vehicles in my career. Yes, in my younger days I cut dangerous trees for a living and some neighbours were just so awkward it was unbelievable. On one occasion, about 6 weeks after we had to take one particular beech down, tiny pieces at a time because of the neighbour, the same neighbour (after finding out how cheap we were) called us in to take a similar tree down in their garden. No problem I said and then gave her a price...... triple what HER neighbour paid😂😂 I heard she eventually had to get another company to do the job for her and was charged even more than my quote😂😂

It’s nice to see the pros at work. The first tree seemed like it was fairly easy compared to the second nightmare tree. There wasn’t any logical reason why they didn’t move that car except for spite or some stupid reason. You did good getting that mess of a tree down with all the vines wrapped around it.
@@alltreesallseasons You should have shouted OOOOPS !!!! Several times real loud and I bet they would have come out !! or if you dropped one of those large pieces on his car he would have come out !!!
People are so bitter, what happened to being kind to one another. When I grew up our neighbors were family, hell I've never moved somewhere and not go along with my neighbors, ill never understand it. great work here, was awesome to watch.
Demonstrates well the reason the undercut/notch is removed, so the hinge works. Drop that second tree on the car, and let the insurance cover the repair. Whooopsie!!! Those people who wouldn't move their car have some serious roofing problems to take care of.. soon.
We live on a busy main road. A neighbour of ours was having new garden walls & patio built. We cleared our driveway to give the tradesmen extra space to get their equipment off the road & work safely. Best neighbourhood.
You have to be a special kind of curmudgeon to not move and protect your own car!!! I'm new to your channel and I was surprised to be up in the bucket with you!! My fear of heights would prevent me from ever doing your job!! When we had a big tree removed, the workers used ropes to steer the branches. Do you do that sometimes? Great job, trees and power lines are not a good mix!! You're obviously very skilled and experienced!!
they were probably hoping to sue you for any damage and maybe get a new car out of it I was a street mason I laid flagstones and kerbs one day we were near a shop window there was a small crack in it already but the owner said we had done it but we were ready for him when he tried it you are a true master of your art Greetings from England UK
Obviously he was hoping his vehicle would be damaged, and I'm sure that sort of thing has happened before. Perhaps you could recommend this to your legislators, there should be a law that if someone refuses to move their vehicle when hazardous work is being done they are responsible for all damages, not the company doing the work. With a law like that you could drop the top of the tree on his car and he'd be responsible.
That law exists already. We have a duty to mitigate damages. So if the car had been damaged in this situation, after the homeowner refused to move it, they would not have gotten money.
Sometimes neighbors not getting along is the reason that next door they don't want to do anything that will aid the work. One job the neighbor had a sh@t fit when I minutely stepped on his property , an unkempt patch full of weeds. The neighbors were at war I later heard.
Always remember , never piss off a 62 year old tree surgeon who is retiring in the next few weeks. To cut a long story short. He was working next door to the neighbour from hell . The neighbours car got Accidentally "Flat Packed" by an 80 foot tree. He wasn't worried about his insurance premiums going up ... 🤣🤣🤣
Glad it was all video taped so the owner of the truck could come back and say their truck was damaged. Too bad people have to act that way. Great job with tree removal. 🎉🎉
what a bad person that family is to keep that car parked under a tree being cut .. they wanted yu to hit it.. shame on them .. hey guys great job great equipment[ too.. first class talent too
In one of the replies, he said that there were lights on, but they didn’t answer the door. So technically they didn’t actually refuse to move their car and they may not have been at home. I noticed that he put a plastic tarp over the front of the car. There are lots of reasons for not answering your door. I’m 81 and disabled by severe arthritis and heart failure. I have to get out of my recliner and climb seven stairs to answer the door. By then, often the person has left. So I don’t answer it unless I’m expecting someone. Don’t be too quick to judge.
Perhaps for you some kind of Ring doorbell camera would be useful. You can See who is at the door, talk to them, and you wouldn't necessarily HAVE to get up
@@dirtybird437 I live in a rented townhouse, I don’t know if management would allow that. Besides which for as often as someone who doesn’t have a key comes to the door I can’t afford the expense. @@55VickyV talk to the landlord and tell them your situation. I'm sure they can make an allowance since you have mobility issues and can not answer the door quickly
You can see what kind of neighbor relationship they have - one fence is not enough, they both have to have their own fences! And the intransigent neighbor should be thanking the other neighbor for taking down that tree since it is likely dropping crap on their car anyway… and more importantly, encouraging growth on their roof, leading to premature failure.
Who put the tarp on the vehicle? I can’t believe they would let you do that. You would have had to trespass on their property. Those types of neighbors are just miserable people trying to bring others down with them. I used to remove trees from power lines. Very exacting work. You and crew did a great job!! 👍🏻
I’m sure those people are neighbors from HELL, it’s a nightmare to live next to those jerks😅. In the end, you guys completed your work professionally, well done 👍
Great job, showed real professionalism even with uncooperative neighbor. I will say though to some extent I understand the neighbor, I've had neighbors that certainly don't respect boundaries, but I wouldnt leave my car at risk.
It's really sad but there are those that can't wait for the opportunity to be difficult and obstinate...They must be quite miserable with their own lives...Can't let them stop you though...
Nice work. I can't believe that someone would be stubborn enough to not move their car. Sure, insurance might pay for it, but how long without a vehicle; when they could have just backed up to the road-side of the driveway to safety.
I wonder if an insurance company would cover damages if they were aware that the owner had the ability and opportunity to move the vehicle well away from the work area to mitigate damages, but deliberately left the car in the work zone.
@@tinydancer7426 They're all cunning buggers. (insurance officers) They would 'dig' for the truth so as not to pay out, as they always do. Sometimes ripping innocent people off. This car owner was just a ... I want to swear, but won't.
Just amazes me how someone would be so difficult with such a minor request. Well done and kinda hope everyone they know sees this and mocks them forever lol
Nice work. There are a few places where trees should not be planted at is close to the house, pipes, sidewalks and power lines they will cost you or someone else down the road for the repair. Does anyone notice how dumb the tree looks when one side is cut from the power lines and the bottom of the tree where the phone and cable lines at are still the same full of the tree. Planting new trees by the power line should be only small trees that do not reach the phone or cable lines, If you have vines going up the tree take them off the tree. The vine's will make the tree weak with the branch falling and over time will kill the tree.
Where does the argument end then with the car parked on their own driveway on their own property and should the other neighbour have pruned and kept an eye on their hedges and trees in the first place but yes common sense and good neighbourly etiquette would have moved the car out the way unless they wanted it damaged to then claim on the tree surgeons public liability insurance. Sod's law at the end of the day but the surgeon tackled the job well because he had all the right equipment to hand.
His indurance yes. Although theyigjt make a problem of him taking that risk. Any way it will je on him. But obviously he knew je could do it without damage. Or je wouldn't have. Just made it a bit harder with a smaller drop zone. Judged it to be worth the risk. Surely he is there to earn money, Not lose it.
Great job done well, it always amazed me how much less room trees take up once you have dis-assembled them. What was tall and mighty, lays quite happily in the back of a truck.
Well without knowing what the neighbors relationship history was I am not going to judge. The client could have been the biggest jerk for years. With that said my car would have been moved no matter what.
Wow, that guy couldn't have parked under that tree more if he'd dug a car-sized hole into the root ball and pulled in. Was probably peeking out from behind his lace curtains, hoping you'd drop a twig on his vehicle, so he could have the cops out there on you halfway through the job. What a tool! Glad your professionalism, skill and experience allowed you to work around this knob. Good job!
When I had a tree removed in my yard I knocked on my neighbors door and asked I if she would move her car, it was parked on the street but if something went sideways and hit her car it wouldn't have been good, she had no problem and moved it which gave the crew more room to park their trucks also.
WOW...expert work at 30'32"!! And all that work around those power lines...I know you guys have to do it, but still, dangerous stuff, and you're so GOOD!

It’s nice to see the pros at work. The first tree seemed like it was fairly easy compared to the second nightmare tree. There wasn’t any logical reason why they didn’t move that car except for spite or some stupid reason. You did good getting that mess of a tree down with all the vines wrapped around it.
why not move his/her car? just being a jerk? or hoping for some insurance money. /rolls my eyes at them
They were clearly home but refused to answer door or come out to make ours lives a little easier
people like that are like pond life. @@alltreesallseasons
@@alltreesallseasons You should have shouted OOOOPS !!!! Several times real loud and I bet they would have come out !! or if you dropped one of those large pieces on his car he would have come out !!!
Jack ass everywhere you go
When looking at the second tree the back yard has two fences so my guess is the neighbours don't get on
People are so bitter, what happened to being kind to one another.
Those people who wouldn't move their car have some serious roofing problems to take care of.. soon.
You, gentlemen are truly masters of your trade.
If you were in my neighborhood, you would certainly be my go-to tree service.
We live on a busy main road. A neighbour of ours was having new garden walls & patio built. We cleared our driveway to give the tradesmen extra space to get their equipment off the road & work safely. Best neighbourhood.
Good people 🙏🏽
You have to be a special kind of curmudgeon to not move and protect your own car!!!
OMG. Don’t look down!!! You guys are true professionals. Thank you for a great video. 😊
UK. Makes you wonder what kind of a bloke he is who would not remove his car. Now it is full of sawdust. Great professional job lads.
they were probably hoping to sue you for any damage and maybe get a new car out of it I was a street mason I laid flagstones and kerbs one day we were near a shop window there was a small crack in it already but the owner said we had done it but we were ready for him when he tried it you are a true master of your art Greetings from England UK
WOW! I am so impressed with your skill!
Happens with countries a lot.
You could not get me to live in the city too neighbors to get along with.
TRULY enjoyed this. I always like watching tree removable.
😂
62 he’s lived long enough fuck around and find out
Yep, the universe owes him a car crushing at 62 :o) @@twistedfishing8118
(With the new type doorbells at least you don’t have to)
Perhaps for you some kind of Ring doorbell camera would be useful. You can See who is at the door, talk to them, and you wouldn't necessarily HAVE to get up
You probably dont have a car in your driveway as you are disabled.
@@dirtybird437 I live in a rented townhouse, I don’t know if management would allow that. Besides which for as often as someone who doesn’t have a key comes to the door I can’t afford the expense. All my family have keys and so do my two roommates. My roommate’s friends phone when they come to the door.
@@55VickyV talk to the landlord and tell them your situation. I'm sure they can make an allowance since you have mobility issues and can not answer the door quickly
Good job guys, you rock big time!
I bet that fresh cut pine smelled Great !!!!
Amazing job! I'd be waiting across the way hoping I could take some of the logs so I could make good use of them..😊
Yall did a fantastic job❤ 😊
Who put the tarp on the vehicle? I can’t believe they would let you do that. You would have had to trespass on their property. Those types of neighbors are just miserable people trying to bring others down with them. I used to remove trees from power lines. Very exacting work. You and crew did a great job!! 👍🏻
Tarp smarp-is that was me, that vehicle would be covered in sawdust and tree sap!
I’m sure those people are neighbors from HELL, it’s a nightmare to live next to those jerks😅. In the end, you guys completed your work professionally, well done 👍
Unless the tree owners were the ones from hell... we don't know. LOL

That was thrilling to watch. Y'all do a great job!
Great job thank you 🙏
I don't know who's operating the bucket but I'm sick just watching. Great job and thanks for doing it.
Great job, why didn’t we see the rest of the removal of last tree. 👍👍😊
My buddy working with me took it down Quik I was putting gear away haha he’s too quick!
Some people just love to be assholes.
Two sides to a story. The owners of the tree could originally be the a holes. You do not know and make assumptions.

Thank you. 😂❤
Great job men!
Looks like those neighbors really go together to make some kind of fence! So much love. Bite off nose to spite face.
(insurance officers)
They would 'dig' for the truth so as not to pay out, as they always do. Sometimes ripping innocent people off. This car owner was just a ... I want to swear, but won't.
A great lesson where the skill, knowledge and patience of the tree surgeon, puts to shame the actions of the peevish neighbour. 👍😆😄😉
Superb precision work 🤗💕
Just amazes me how someone would be so difficult with such a minor request.
Well done and kinda hope everyone they know sees this and mocks them forever lol
Nice job I use to do that line of work in North Carolina great job
I bet the smell of the wood was amazing, a very difficult job very well done. It looks sooo satisfying.
You and your crew are true professionals.
Well done.👍
excellant job,too bad the neighbor wouldnt moved the car.
I thought I was going to fall watching the video 😬😬
Great job guys such pros.
Be safe.
If something had happened to the car the insurance company shouldn’t have covered it since they refused to move their car.
Do you also offer (grinding flat) stump removal ?
Curious - was there a reason given for refusal to remove the vehicle?
Well without knowing what the neighbors relationship history was I am not going to judge. The client could have been the biggest jerk for years. With that said my car would have been moved no matter what.
Judge? That term is used very loosely these days I would “ hazard a guess” that the neighbors weren’t chums.
Knowingly placing a vehicle in hazard allows the insurance company not to pay out.
Good job!
By the way that neighbor is being a fool, I'm surprised he didn't want to sue you for sawdust on his/her vehicle, or perhaps I spoke to soon!🤨
Excellent Job! Well-done. Very professional.
Sharp blades👍🏻

they are probable hoping you"d hit there vehicle for insurance fraud
When I had a tree removed in my yard I knocked on my neighbors door and asked I if she would move her car, it was parked on the street but if something went sideways and hit her car it wouldn't have been good, she had no problem and moved it which gave the crew more room to park their trucks also.
WOW...expert work at 30'32"!! And all that work around those power lines...I know you guys have to do it, but still, dangerous stuff, and you're so GOOD!
Did you have to blow the dust off of the car?
Yes regardless of the clients or non clients we always try to leave a cleaner job site then when we arrived
Love watching the skills of you guys.
