I once had a huge dead elm where there was no way to safely fell it so a pro was called. They used a tracked cherry picker that unfolded and topped out at 72'. They started at the top using a strapped pulley and rope as a belaying line to cut and lower the limbs. The end of the rope was held by the man on the ground with the rope wrapped around a short cylinder belted perpendicular to the trunk to control the lowering. I think it cost around $500 for the service but that was only that cheap because it was a favor for a friend of a friend.

I would think leaving dead and damaged trees would be dangerous they could fall over and cause damage to people and property.
Yes, people who living near the tree always leaving their home when the rain coming, the dead tree become their nighmare

😭😭😭
Crazy to think of all that those roots have absorbed over time.
Wow the buttress' big tree take some minerals be doin it. Cheers
I notice that no attempt is made to control where limbs fall. Damage to buildings does not matter. It is only a cemetery.
Yep, at least local people were happy can sleep without nighmare again, this is the most dagerous job , and a lot of tree service refuse to cut this tree before
Are you blind? The limbs were notched and ropes were used to lower the limb when needed to guide them!
Ini baru laki bermental baja sesungguh nya..
Terima kasih bosskuu, salam sukses selalu😊 🙏
Quelle expérience et surtout quel courage...
Not sure I'd want to climb a tree and operate a chainsaw in bare feet.
Hahaha, actually need shoes for foot protection, just a poor climber
Kendel tenan ling menek brss bres ngomba ngombe no duwur ❤
