In 2016 Trump lost the popular vote but won the electoral college vote. He won the 2016 election. In 2020 Trump lost both the popular vote and electoral college. He lost that election. He can serve one more term if he wins. Even if he is in prison. Prison is more likely than winning the 2024 election.
