"Fire employees that defend their stores"- This happened to me! I used to work for Walmart. I almost worked for them for 5 years! One day I reported a woman coming in and out of the store with a large backpack, both times she was wearing a different outfit. It was very suspicious. I got fired because she accused me of saying she was a thief

I was listening to this man yesterday. Blew me away that the others on the news segment didn’t understand why stores are forced to close with rampant theft/shoplifting. The owner still has to pay the wholesale costs of the merchandise.
Give each employee 5 shares of stock so they can defend their personal investment rather than step; aside and allow it to happen so the insurance people return the value lost

NYC is a risky and expensive place to do business. They appear to have an unchecked criminal element.
When I was 12 I stole a Slim Jim (the kind you eat, not the kind you break into a car with) and got caught. I got taken to the police station, had to spend the whole day there and was told shop lifting was a crime punishable by 7 years in prison. Now you can steal thousands of dollars worth of stuff and they just hand you a preloaded bank card and a key to a hotel room.
So, it's not your money that they're stealing.... Just give it away and they won't steal it... Truman said that..... THE BUCK STOPS HERE !!!!!
