Companies are starting to make the wise decisions to not hire from many of these universities.
Companies who want to survive are going to have to start getting picky about who they hire. One size fits all does punish a lot of innocent students though. There needs to be a way to screen out all the chaff from those who want to learn, and the schools refuse to do it.

I'd tell them, you still have to take exams, and it's your own fault that you haven't been doing your studies and homeworks. Maybe the professor can grade on a curve, I always liked that, so that means the best 20% get an A and so on...... it's up to the professor how to grade them. But there's no free ride, just because you wanted to join a terrorist protest. That excuse isn't acceptable in America. 🇺🇲

As a professor myself, I compl agree! I'm sick of being silent at my job and watching all of the radical woke professors get raises and promotions and awards. Meanwhile, I teach my classes without ideology and indoctrination and I consistently have the highest student assessment scores every semester in my entire division and always top 5% of the whole college--- and yet I get nothing. In fact, if anything they try to find ways to push me out because I refuse to cave to their demands

This is ridiculous--I work in a low poverty elementary school where we currently have to take a state test at the end of our academic year. Some of them have very poverty stricken home lives and other obstacles to their academic success, but yet I love my students they take this test and as far as my class this year, they are trying their best.... Columbia students are snowflakes and have no mental toughness. Do not hire these Columbia University graduates!!
