The union thugs were coming by the cement plant constantly trying to get the employees to unionize. He paid them well and treated them with respect so they had no reason to pay union dues. There should also be a limit on the amount of money that a court can impose so that an appeal is allowed.

I have seen what they are doing to Donald Trump before. I saw it on an episode of Bonanza, an episode of The Rifleman, a lighter episode of The Andy Griffith show. Probably on an episode of Gunsmoke. It was all about either the law out of control or a Justice system being run by the corrupt. At the end of all of these shows Justice prevailed. In real life, if Justice fails Trump on the first level, hopefully an appeals court will overturn this practice of persecution over prosecution.
