Unfortunately you arent allowed to sue for malicious prosecution against crimonal prosecutors. The Supreme court allowed it for civil suits but you cant sue Bragg directly. Im sure he could sue the city or state though.

Not only would the ticket lose the Florida electors , which could prove to be crucial in a close race , but most states require six months of residency to be considered a resident . there's less than six months until the election , it's too late now , sorry .
