Crash! Crash! Recession! Inflation! It’s getting depressing. I have about $100k in emergency fund and I have been seeing good news about the stock market and would like to gain from that since I can’t let my savings be corroded by inflation. What stocks should I into as a newbie to safely grow my money.
I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too
Its best if you buy growth/blue-chip/large caps stocks only. Also, as a newbie its advisable you work with an investment advisor to help set up a well-structured portfolio.
If you don't mind, how can I reach this advisrr? My retirement portfolio isnt doing greatly.
Sharon Marissa Wolfe is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment..
I just googled her and I'm really impressed with her credentials; I reached out to her since I need all the assistance I can get. I just scheduled a caII.
News Alert! Inflation hasn't just started to affect us. People have been suffering greatly from inflation for almost a century, but notably after 1971. During the industrial revolution, prices of products and services were auctioned down to the point that consumers could literally buy them for as little as a penny thanks to a free market and sound money. All of the problems we have today are a result of government meddling.
I think it's great to use a portfolio advisor when investing. Before I met with a certified portfolio advisor during the pandemic crash in March 2020, I had recently started having terrible dreams. Finally, with the help of my advisor, I was able to increase my initial investment of $400k to over $2.8 million dollars.
Where may one locate a wise FA? Even while I like the idea of using their services, it's unfortunate that recent stock market catastrophes have started to happen more frequently.
Finding financial advisors like Melissa Terri Swayne who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.
I did look her up; she is full up, and her credentials and resume are excellent. Regardless, I scheduled a consultation with her.
Inflation is good for the market if you are in it. But if you are a person who lives paycheck to paycheck, you feel a small amount of inflation. And people are feeling it under this destructive administration.
Not a luxury but a ripoff.
Definitely the right answer.
Oorrr, a Luxury Ripoff ?!
....not "luxury"....."laz-ury".... losers to lazy to make food at home.....

@@Ease54plain sausage English muffin sandwich with a small Oj and a hashbrown $8.25, that was the most offensive thing id ever witnessed in fast food, it literally should cost $2 at the most
More and more people might face a tough time in retirement. Low-paying jobs, inflation, and high rents make it hard to save. Now, middle-class Americans find it tough to own a home too, leaving them without a place to retire.
The increasing prices have impacted my plan to retire at 62, work part-time, and save for the future. I'm concerned about whether those who navigated the 2008 financial crisis had an easier time than I am currently experiencing. The combination of stock market volatility and a decrease in income is causing anxiety about whether I'll have sufficient funds for retirement.
This is precisely why I like having a portfolio coach guide my day-to-day market decisions: with their extensive knowledge of going long and short at the same time, using risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying it off as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, their skillset makes it nearly impossible for them to underperform. I've been utilizing a portfolio coach for more than two years, and I've made over $800,000.
How can I reach this person?
‘’Marisa Michelle Litwinsky’ maintains an online presence. Just make a simple search for her name online.

Waiters don't fall under minimum wage requirements since they make their actual money on tips.
So in overcrowded liberals cities whereas 13 y/o olds getting $15-$18 p/hr, McDs and elsewhere are forced to raise their prices.
@@Joe_Bicycle so people complained and protested for higher minimum wage, got it and thought what? Prices would go down to offset what they now have to pay their employees? Who by the way thank you for pointing it out, still can't get no pickle right at what 13.00 an hour to sit on their phone's? Fast food 10 minutes later. If people don't like working for tips maybe they should consider a different avenue when they know exactly how much they'll make an hour. Won't have to rely on the gratitude of other people especially if you suck at your job being a server.
A perfect storm is brewing in the United States. Housing prices, Inflation, bank collapse, severe drought in the agricultural belt, recession, food shortages, diesel fuel and heating oil shortages, baby formula shortages, available automobile shortages and prices, the price of living place. It's all coming together and it could lead to a real disaster towards the end of this year (or sooner). With inflation currently at about 6%, my primary concern is how to maximize my savings/retirement fund which has been sitting duck since forever with zero to no gains.
There are lot of ways to make a killing right now, but such high-volume near impeccable trades can only be carried out by real-time experts with ISDA Agreement. An agreement that lets investors sit at the “big boy table” and make high level trades not available to amateurs. Trying to be a high stakes trader without an ISDA is like trying to win the Indy 500 riding a llama.
I'm sure the idea of an investment-Adviser might sound controversial to a few, but a new study by Motley-fool found out that demand for Financial-Advisers sky-rocketed by over 42% since the pandemic and based on firsthand encounter I can say for certain their skillsets are topnotch. I've accrued north of 880k within 16-months from an initially stagnant Portfolio.
I think this is something I should do, but I've been stalling for a long time now. I don't really know which firm to work with; I feel they are all the same but it seems you’ve got it all worked out with the firm you work with so i surely wouldn’t mind a recommendation.
I definitely share your sentiment about these firms. Finding financial advisors like Marisa Breton Dollard who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.
Yes. Americans are finally going to pay the price for decades of corporate pollution & environmental abuses, price-gouging, reduction of their taxes, & profit-slurping - all of it has further enriched the 1% and left the middle-class wincing at the price of a Big Mac. 60% of inflation is the result of corporate greed, funnelled into the pockets of their shareholders, at the expense of the suffering consumer. But let’s not confuse people with actual facts.
Fast food forgot that their entire business plan relies on being cheaper than the other options. When a burger at mcdonald's costs more than a meal from a restaurant, you're doing something wrong.
Back in the 90s Burger King tried a dine in option where a server would bring you your meal. It is one of those ideas you knew came from a corporate company that didn't understand their business model or customers. I think it lasted six months before even corporate had to admit it was a bad idea and dropped it. But the franchises knew it was a bad idea, the employees knew it was a bad idea, and the customer complaints told you it was a bad idea.

Our economy struggling with uncertainties, housing issues, foreclosures, global fluctuations, and pandemic aftermath, causing instability. Rising inflation, sluggish growth, and trade disruptions need urgent attention from all sectors to restore stability and stimulate growth.
I foresee a recession lasting 2-3 years, and if inflation continues to surge, the Federal Reserve will likely raise interest rates soon. Inflation is causing various issues worldwide, such as food shortages, scarcities of diesel and heating fuel, and significant spikes in housing prices, leading to a potential financial market crash. This global downturn could have long-lasting repercussions. Given the current inflation rate of approximately 9%, my main worry is how to optimize my savings and retirement fund, which has remained stagnant at around $300,000, yielding almost no gains for quite some time.

I think I can honestly say the hayday of fast food was in the 90s. Staffing wasn't an issue, food was reasonably priced. Everybody was making money. As a manager I can honestly say I was allocated more labor than I had positions to fill. I literally had a staff member whose sole job was to relieve other employees so they could take their break. And another who did nothing but clean tables, mop floors, and check the restrooms. And then by the mid 2000s it all changed. Food prices kept going up. Staffing was more difficult. Service times suffered. In the mid 90s the expected service time was three minutes or less per order. By the mid 2000s that whole concept was out the window. A job that was intended as a starter job, became one only people with no work skills went into.
I'll be honest, I'll give it another 10 - 15 years where a fast food restaurant might have just one employee. You order at a kiosk, the food is made by machine or the single employee, and the order then gets dropped in a chute for you to pick up. There will be no dine in service. It will all be drive thru only to reduce the operational footprint of the business.

These are JUNK FOOD places with a drive thru😂. And apparently the owners/managers think it’s steak😂. Eating at these places all the time will put you in bad health. This type of “food” should be cheaper than any other because it’s “JUNK FOOD”!
You know most people dont eat at these places everyday. As a mom we used mcds occasionally if we didnt have time for a sit down dinner and it was on the way to one of the kids activities. It was an affordable quick meal and a convenience. mC D’s was also my first job in the 80s. It helped me as a teenager earn extra money for nicer clothes than my patents could afford and taught me alot about work ethic preparing me for my future high-paying careers. They are ruining may American experiences
@@eriegirl9007 From McDonald’s to a high paying career? Really? Yea I worked there too when I was young and it’s nothing like you describe😂. It’s all about making money with cheap labor for cheap food. They hand out little badges or pins for doing more work without pay and this brainwashing got you ready for a career? What career? This should be interesting😂😂. You sound like a McDonald’s job commercial 😂😂😂😂
I mean, it is a “luxury”. Not in the sense that owning a mansion is “luxurious” but in the general sense it is a luxury.
Keep voting blue no matter who, and this is what you get. Is it bad enough yet?
Nope. Economy is fine for me stop 😭
@shagster2828 yeah because McDonald's is deeply in love with you and would never charge you a single penny more than the absolute bare minimum, and would certainly never bend you over the counter.
🦜🦜🦜
What! paying someone to cook for you is NOW a luxury? It's ALWAYS been a luxury!
Not really...
Back in the 80s, fast food was always a luxury item in my family. We got to go to mcds maybe a few times a year and it was a treat.
Joseph Obranden's America.
Your health will love you for it.
Just don't eat there. It's the simple.
They’re nothing without our dollars. Remember this next time you decide to eat out.
.....whoop-de-doooo...and remember to wipe your hands the next time you drop a deuce on the sidewalk, too.
Big Mac is about the size of what a happy meal burger once was.
You can say that twice and mean it. 8 bucks for a burger and fries. FJB
if most worker were being paid $7.50 like they should be this includes office workers factory workers and most jobs then a big mac combo would be $4.00
@@scruf153if trucks weren't $80k that would work. You want to blame high wages how about blaming the corporations price gouging everything in order to show their shareholders a year over year profit. We don't have a democracy we have a corporate extortion government. Greatest country on the planet 😂
Our dollar has lost its value thanks to our current administration.
It’s the same price as a REAL restaurant……….for crappy service and crappy unhealthy food …………no thanks.
Democrat voters are the one's that owe us for this high inflation
Our President seems to be doing nothing about the runaway national inflation problem. He's got EV's on his mind, wrong order of priorities.
Not my president
Boycott corporate greed.
Chilis 3 for me kicks the living crap out of ANY fast food offering, in price, quantity, and quality.
True, that example was just on a video. Much better
I used to be able to get a lobster roll in Newport for $25. Now most places charge over $35.
It was $38 at Legal Seafood in Boston over the winter. I like them, but they aren't more satisfying than an (overpriced) $15 burrito.
MCD doesn't care. They make money on royalties.
Agreed. I chuckled when they said McDonalds might leave California. No, the franchees might leave California. McDonalds Corp. is makeing money regardless via the franchees fees. I don't know what McD's contract is with their franchees, but I'd not be surprised if they don't receive 2% off the top. Plus make money on all the product the franchees have to buy from McD's because they have no choice but to purchase from them. So if a store does $1 million in sales, (which would be pretty low sales volumes) McD's cut would be $20k at 2%.
For me it has gone from weekly to monthly if that.
Make America Thin Again
Its all fun and games until the people run down on wallstreet. Every one has a BREAKING POINT.
over a billion turned away.
In the first half of the 70s fast food was a luxury for most families. It was a once a year thing. But the portions were much bigger
Thanks Joe
5 dollar meal deal is NOT a deal. You used to be able to get 4 hamburgers for 4 dollars
This is actually a good thing: there will be far fewer ppl eating pink slime.
The numbers don't lie but liars use numbers 🤓 🖕
Actually, this is one of the best things to happen to our country in decades. Stop eating crap.
We can live healthier and longer once the fast food chemicals are removed
The functioning of our senses has been spiritually impaired and chemically corrupted by the fake, artificial food coloring.
just use a bicycle or walk everywhere instead of driving a stupid car
@@scruf153 that has nothing to do with the fast food chemicals
if thats a luxury than a used car is like a lamborghni
Good deal that food is not healthy
i wont return to MC'Ds until prices fall and if this is never it is better for me
@@joejane9977 Greedy corporations cause inflation
@@listlessvessels5You have shown your ignorance. Greedy governments cause inflation. But I understand you can't blame those you need.
@@listlessvessels5 Wasteful corrupt gov, spending causes inflation!
Gone are the days of early 2000s when you would go to McDonald's on Friday eve and get affordable meal.
