I didn't know what the little square of wax was till I watched d art for beginners.think there might be better quality ones than the one I have thank you jury's out . I don't know if I want to do any more

It is nice to see your face! I am relatively new to DPing as I began in April 2022. I have completed three small projects and am now on my first larger painting. I have six in my stash. I have been trying different DP companies to find one I really like as far as legal art, quality kits, round vs square, and price. I found your tutorials early in my journey and I find you to be one of my favorites. You have a calming voice, nice video style, and are just a pleasure to watch. Great job!! Awesome! Maybe you could try dividing a poster you like or create your own. But ask your parents first. L🤭L
Hi I am new to Diamond Painting but many years ago I did cross stitching. I started with a very large horse kit for my first kit. I am moving along on the different parts of the sky. Love this art and your tutorial is very helpful and calming. P.S. I have been working on this for three days and love Diamond Painting!
Awesome beginner video! I wish 5 years ago when I started, I would have watched a beginner video. But, here I am 5 years later (took 2 years off) and still DPing! I'm going to watch your multiplacing videos, especially for rounds. I always have trouble lining those up, squares, I do fine on, but not rounds. Thank you for taking the time to do this! I'm sure the beginners will love watching it!

your tutoral was the best out of all the ones i watched
It been a little over a year since I started diamond painting and the way I wish I knew about tutorial for diamond painting. Man I was so confused and afraid of my 1st DP canvas. It was awful. At the time i didn't know about legally and un legal kits. I have since learned and only buy legally licensed ones now. This would have been such a great tutorial video for me when I first got into the craft. Thank you so much.
A tip I have to help flatten your canvas is to peel back the film on top and bottom about 2 inches and lay it back down. It will be flat immediately. 😊 this works really well with square drill complete canvases
When I first started diamond painting, I didn’t realize there was plastic on the DAC wax. 😂😂

After I’m done doing what I’m supposed to do with your camera I would like to know what is the pink solution of the paint supposed to do seal it? I’m making a motion or do we need to put a layer of it down first then set an all Jewels down, after I laid down and sweet little tiny piece of delicate artwork, do I do that pink Sillen testing I need to know
I’m a beginner and curious about why the squares are a no-no. I’ve heard this before.
What is a square drill painting
Doing my first Square Diamond painting now. The diamonds are smaller, so there is MORE. A lot more. I find I get straighter rows doing the checkerboard rather than multi placing. But then I don’t like multi painting with round diamonds either. So far, other than there are a lot more more diamonds, I don’t have any other problems with square diamonds.

I have done square drilled and round. I prefer round. Easy to keep straight and no rework.😊
I just received my first projects. It’s not a canvas, but instead a pack of three greeting cards. It didn’t come with any instructions, so I can to YT to see what I could find, and I found you. a friend of mine mentioned she does this and i was like whats diamond dotz? so she sent me a few pics of what it is and i went on a yt research binge lol. im a latch hook rug crafter of 35 yrs and the way the chart and legend is set up is not all that different just your chart is on the canvas itself. i would have a go at this but its way to catered to girls. pink pens heart wax. nope ill stick to making rugs lol. but i did enjoy this how to. thank you 👍👍

Thank you so much for your diamond video. I brought me a kit from Amazon with no instructions, so I peeled off the whole film, and started with the ears. I was wondering why the pen wouldn’t pick up the diamonds so I used the tweezers to do the ears. But thank god I turned to u tube and saw you, what a big help you were. Now I know how to use the pen with the wax. And I peeled off the whole plastic paper, it was hard to take off. So now that it’s back on the canvas, I can do it the easy way and start from the end and not the middle 😂. Thank you again Rose ❤

I have been watching you and all your videos for over a year now and yes please I wish I had this when I started. My first DP was from Diamond Dotz the huge crystal skull. My niece had bought it for me, then I got some cheap ones of Amazon then I found you, my Beautiful Katie and I dove down the rabbit hole of license artist, and giving back for the royalties, and for the love of artists such as the Masters. You are doing so much for the world of art please don’t stop!

It has been ages since I thought about diamond painting. I was an avid fan and collector. Well, here I am once more. It is a very relaxing habit I must add. I went to the store you mentioned in a previous video you posted that I watched yesterday and signed up! Why not I say. A majority of my previous purchases was Ali Express and must say they had some great stores there, but I decided to shop on this continent.

Thank you for making this video. I thinking your kitting idea really does save time. I have cut those individual bags that originally hold the gems and taped them up wasting time doing that. I got a bunch of labels and the baggies. It makes it go so much quicker.

I got to try diamond painting recently. While it seems pretty similar to paint-by-numbers, there's something relaxing about the repetitive placing of the diamonds.

Hi Katie, I really appreciate this video you made. I would like to see you make an ASMR video now and then when you diamond paint. With soft music in the background like you did with this diamond painting. It's beautiful to see the picture come to life as you are completing it. Of course you can time lapse it too. It motivates me to get right back to my diamond painting. The one I'm working on is called "Call of the wild" by DAC, Robin Koni is the artist. My first diamond painting was from Diamond Dotz. And my favorite one I completed is called "Spring Sparkle". I was so stressed when I bought it because I said to myself " Will I be able to do this project 😢?" But one square at time I eventually completed it. I also purchased a few large ones from them too. "Pongour Waterfall" "Coral reef island". I am wondering if you would welcome the idea of working on one of the large canvases. I would definitely like to see that. I'm a shy shy person so I don't comment often, but I do "like" videos that touch me personally. It was nice to see your warm smile. It's a change to always looking at your hands 😂.
