Yes that would be the same in Canada. Quantity will be halved, prices will be doubled, no free refills...and outrageous minimum 20% tip expectations.

You can see that the entire staff puts a lot of passion into their service. I felt like there were a lot more pork dishes, than chicken dishes though.
