i always imagined jimmys time ending like with the books i even pictured meg getting pregant and jimmy moves to the orknies with her because in the final shetland novel willow reeves gets pregnant with jimmys baby and they end up moving to the orknies
i feel the show should have stopped after series 7 i dont like this replacement character they've brought in ive nothing against ashley jensen but i feel her character just feels unecessary.
