Pineapple upside down Banana Cake.NO mixer needed! ONE BOWL recipe

Perfect gift for mother in laws!!! hahaha They will surely love you more!
Recipe:
For the pan:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
Pineapple rings
glazed cherries
banana slices
Batter:
1/3 cup butter, melted of softened
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1 egg large, 60 grams
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
pinch of cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp oidized salt
2 Tbsp pineapple juice from pineapple rings
1 1/2 cups mashed over riped bananas
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour, sifted

I’ve tried various pineapple recipes;
I like the pineapple upside down cake chef John does where he adds 1 TBSP. Of rum , brown sugar in a cast iron skillet, brings to low boil; turns off and adds fresh pineapple chunks . To the batter he adds brown butter, a pinch of cardamom. Pours batter over pineapple: bakes 400* for 30 min. It is easy to make, the edges are all golden brown. Same steps in your video and similar to your recipe. I am going to make with the banana and cherries, and banana in the batter. I love banana bread so I can see this is a good pairing. I have replaced pumpkin pie spice before instead of cinnamon or cardamom since it consists of those ingredients plus nutmeg. Those spices work will in fruit type cakes/bread recipes.
