Key was hoping to see Helga...now he has a sad. LOL Glad you are able to stay home and stay safe and warm. Great job on the truck. the wood effect is spot on, and those wheels are really nice.
Helga just walked by to screech a couple times and then was off to sit in the window. 🤣. Going to tell her she’s disappointing Key. Thanks for watching!
Beautiful build I love the bed and rails , perfect with that color I love the wheels . Yes it's snowing here the entire city is covered 😅we definitely not use to it
Out of all of the trucks I've put together I haven't done that kit..I might have to go and look for one and see how well I can do..lol. Nice work..I love it.
Awesome work Kyle, once again the wood grain is really nice on this I think it's probably my favorite part, or maybe the color matches wheels and big white walls. Ah, let's be real, it's all my favorite part, this is a really cool truck.
@@scaleffect 😂 you’re too kind, pal, as always. I very much appreciate the kind words and support. Next up. Some race cars to take a break from this normal stuff. Lol. Thanks for watching.
That came out nice. Exceptional work on the wood - it looks real ! I never.built one of those kits for some reason - maybe it just doesn't appeal to me LOL but that engine is cool 🙂
I always despised busy work. This time of year now has me thinking this desk job might not be so bad after all. I really dig this build, the color, wheels, all of it. It's like a perfect late 50s hotrod that a farm kid would build. Stay warm buddy!
@@BigSkyModelWorkshop currently looking for a desk job myself so I don’t have to go back to the busy work. 🤣🤣 Winter time drives me nuts at work. Thank you very much !! I’m pretty happy with it and I wanted it to sort of feel like a period hot rod. Thanks for watching and you stay warm too!
Great build, Kyle! Between the little details like the different door handles and the rear axle placement, this is one cool truck. Also really like the wood details with the darker color. Have a blessed week!
@@TI4438 thank you Ed!! You’ll enjoy the kit, no matter the version. The last boxing they did was a 2n1 with both sets of parts. That would be a nice one. Stay warm up there!
Wow, I really like this build a lot Kyle! That is a great looking exhaust system. Like the motor too, ready for some racing, kind of a sleeper truck. The stakes on the bed looks fantastic. Cold is not fun, so far I missed the minus degree weather as my wife had some -31 degree days. Have a great rest of your week!!
@@modelbuildingcorner thanks Joe!! I cut the bottom of the leaf spring mounts so they were totally flat and just shifted it back on the leaf springs. Then I adjusted where the shocks mounted a little bit. It still worked. And then the telescoping driveshaft took care of itself. I can send pics if you’re interested. Very simple though.
Another excellent looking build Kyle cool looking color looks neat with the white walls 👍👍🏆
