Cat spotted! 😸This looks great Kyle, I have this kit as well. I like your take on it and the mixing in of other decals to make it unique. Gotta have the yellow Konis under there, great choice. And I prefer the Hoosiers, too. Nice job pal!
@@scaleffect thank you very much!! The kit has some issues but if you work through them it’s pretty fun. Looks cool anyways and if you screw up you just throw dirt at it. 😂 Always appreciate the support
Awesome build Kyle and nice update brother and Dan really is a great guy for sure ❤😊
@@thescalemodelcarguychannel8681 thanks Shawn!! Much appreciated. Really glad Dan is back
Love a good Saturday night stock car! Our old modified was never 100% new and clean so your little bit of weathering is perfect. Very nice build
@@ToastysBench thank you very much! And yeah, even when they’re clean they’re not clean. Lol. Appreciate you stopping by to check it out
Cool video Kyle! That dirt track car looks pretty cool. I've been looking at those to see if I want to try one. Your small group build car is getting there. It's amazing how much flash and clean up is required on those old kits, but that's how they were. Have a great day!
@@LarrysModelShop thanks Larry!! They’re a fun build. I know some of them have some warping issues. Mine wasn’t horrible but needed a bit of work. It looks really cool on the shelf too. Thanks for watching!
Great video Kyle! Love the dirt track car always love seeing the cat make her cameo. Enjoy your Sunday!
@@StoutCreations24 thanks Gloria!! Helga always loves my videos. Appreciate you watching and hope you had a great Sunday

@@theintake8961 thanks Mike!! Super fun kit. Some of them have some issues to work through but they look great up on the shelf.
Cool build, Kyle, looks great!!
@@linkpoison5511 thank you Link!
That's a nice stocker build.
@@DKScaleAutoWorkshop thank you very much!
Dirt tracker are fun kits to paint. You have a lot more freedom to be creative with the paint. Well done.
@@TI4438 heck yeah, Ed. It’s a do whatever you want and nobody can even say anything build. I love it. Appreciate you stopping by!
Nice looking GTO Super Stocker, kyle.
@@shootdangmodels-1313 thanks Ed! Sure was a fun one!

Well Kyle IMHO You Turned a Sow's ear into a Fine Leather Purse 🏆🏆🏆 Excellent Work All around. Thanks for Sharing n GBA 🙏🤗 Gary.
P.S. Helga Cracks Me up 😂🤣
@@GaryParker-e3u hey Gary!! Thanks so much!! Fun kit. Definitely needs some work. It looks cool up on the shelf. Thanks for watching and yeah , Helga keeps an eye on things and has to be right up in whatever is going on. 😂
Cool looking build Kyle kitty cat wants in on the action lol 👍👍
@@seamybmw she’s always wanting in on it!! Lol. Thanks Seamus
Cool looking build Kyle.
@@Terry-390 thanks Terry!!
Love the Stocker, I have another GTO and would like to do the Monte Carlo version too. The 70s era 180° headers were wild, I'll have to dig out the book I have from the 70s where they were common. Excellent job!
@@BigSkyModelWorkshop thanks Joe!! I want to build the Monte too!! We have a class of late model here that still runs 180 degree headers because they’re so low it’s the easiest way to run them. Pretty much look about like these headers . Lol. It’s pretty cool. Especially on a pavement late model. I’d love to see some pics of those old cars. Thanks for watching!
Cool kit Kyle .
@@Bubbasmodelcarshop thank you Mike!
I built one of the AMT 1965 Fairlane track cars - I had never built any of the cars in that series - but boy was that a fun kit ! I mean if you make a mistake - what the heck ! its a race car ! LOL. Mine didn't have the realistic weathering like yours though 🙂 Those headers are interesting - I've never seen that before.
@@brucek3217 thanks for watching Bruce! The Fairlane kit is cool too!! And you’re exactly right. They’re just a blast because you can do whatever you want. There are no wrong answers and you can always say it’s just a race car. Those headers are pretty wild. We have a pavement late model class up in the north here that still runs headers that are basically just like that. Pretty cool stuff.
Good looking Stock car there Kyle. That is some funky exhaust isn't it.
@@olezippi thanks Zippi. Yeah. Those are some wild headers. There’s a late model class that runs up north here. They still all use those style headers.
Sweet build Kyle!!
@@Mannysscalemodeling thanks Manny!
@@kyledehartsscaleworks Your welcome!!
👍
@@CrankensteinCreations thanks for dropping in Billy!
@ I wasn't sure what to say. My boss runs a 70 Chevelle with a newer Camaro nose. It's pretty cool. I love dirt track racing!
@ all good Billy. I appreciate you watching and the thumbs up. Just glad for the support. I love the stock cars that are based off old muscle cars. Chevelles and GTOs used to be real popular around here. I love dirt racing too, although I come from an open wheel family. We usually went to watch sprint cars and midgets most often!
@@kyledehartsscaleworks I'd love to see some old school dirt cars. tri-5 chevy or 40's stuff.
@ I agree those are really cool. The d jalopies and stuff like that were awesome.
