Meet The Competition || Kawasaki Vulcan 650 vs Super Meteor 650 || Ride Quality Ergonomic Comparison

The Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 made waves when it was launched. It only had one competitor which is the Kawasaki Vulcan 650. I have ridden both so I thought I'd make a video about how it feels to ride the Vulcan as compared to the Super Meteor 650. Kawasaki's Ergo-Fit System is a game changer as it allows for a large permutation of rider's triangles to choose from, allowing for a perfect fit for riders of every size!

Just found out about your channel in Y.T. . I must say you're doing a great job. Very informative . I'm 6.3 " and I've been looking for a bike that suits me for a long time . I came up to the 2 Himalayan . The Himalayan (with fairing ) felt a bit more unstable on the front tire compared to the Scram 411 . I know it must be 21" inch front tire . So I'll go for the Scram. The seat though I'll have upholstered. The stock one is to uncomfortable .

An off topic questions, have you seen anyone install footpeg lowering kit on any bike? I was thinking of installing the same on v strom 250. Although I can't find anything online for the same, I was wondering if you know anything on this topic. Thanks!

You get one by motourenn. Lowers the pegs by 13mm or something. Not sure if it’s designed for vstrom250

What’s the difference in engine heat between the 2 in traffic in summer as a daily commuter? Kindly do help as deciding between Vulcan and sm650

The Vulcan will get warm but not unbearably hot. The SM650 does definitely run cooler thanks to its understressed nature.

There is very little difference in the price of the 2 bikes!

In India the price difference is huge. Almost 2X.
