i juice kale literally every day of my life the last oh.. almost 15 years. I have never once had any reaction to kale other than incredible health benefits. the amount of kale I ingest would surprise most people. It's basically a mountain of kale. every week. so I think this Kale thing is all bullsh*t. I can only go by my own experience. and as far as that is concerned, it's the best damn thing I ever did in my life. i lost a ton of weight and reversed diabetes, fibromyalgia, skin cancer and ulcerative colitis. people who have interactions with kale are that way because they are so damn unhealthy in the first place.

Depends on person. I recently tried Jerusalem artichoke. I couldn't go out of bathroom for a few hours. Next time I had it: nothing (modified the recipe a bit though).

How about what is the cause of Hashimoto’s Thyroditis? You mentioned it's different. Could you tell us what may cause Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis? My mother (Japanese in Tokyo) is diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and goes to see Dr. almost every month. But her Dr. can't figure out how to fix it or what is the causes. Her Dr. decided to give her a pill for balancing hormones. Japan needs your help and insights 🙏🏻

I just my Health Coaching certification. I want to work with those to whom the doctors have said there is no solution; I want to use the Plant Paradox method. Dr. Gundry do you offer a course for coaches on how to implement your methods?

Two questions. I just finished amoxicillin from a tooth infection. Should I go on a 3-5 day fast to reset my gut; And how do I produce new gut bacteria that will eat oxalates and other types of bacteria that I need?

      You first should take probiotics...

      Take probiotics with antibiotics.

      Pickle Juice
      and
      Olive Oil
      create bactieria that eat oxalates
check out several of Gundry's most recent videos where he talks about this.

Prebiotics, probiotics, and fermented foods (from the frozen section in the grocery aisle) ALL TOGETHER - please over a dozen veggies (organic) with fibers - all low in harsher lectins, relatively free of oxalates (under 50 mg a day ideally, or at least under 100 mg per day). Done for several weeks it will gradually help - however "too much" is NOT "too good". Fasting at least 36 hours is helpful for a microbiome improvement.

Can you tell us the name of the bacteria that likes eating oxalates please? And can we introduce them in the gut with food?

I thought Kale is one of vegetables that have lowest oxalate. BTW, I blend only organic kale and drink it everyday.
