You can take it out off the jig as many times as you want, When you want to drill the holes you need to tape or use screws to shut the jig where it’s open if it’s not perfectly closed. You can use a handheld drill or a Drill press using a dremel. Handheld drill you have to make sure your going perfectly straight down i use a dresser a put the battery up against it and drill straight down vs holding it in the air. NEVER take out more polymer after drilling the holes The rails are cheaper then the frame !! You can’t always take out material but never but material back ! I’ve built 15+ Of these and perfect everytime polished internals sanded evenly frame rails Etc ! Marine Gun builder is one of the best P80 Builders Along with some others i can’t think of
Woah it is nice i thought it was black til you picked it up. I do like the combo actually. Reminds me of commando when arnold takes a 1911 in the finale wearing only green pants & the shimmering metal of the 1911 & your p80 reminded me of that. But other than that. It does have a unique half flash half camo & i think it works cuz the dark metal shine isnt as flashy like chrome is.
Although ATF posts destruction guidance for firearms, there is no Federal requirement that an individual has to destroy a firearm per ATF specs when disposing of a firearm. People make the three torch cuts so they can later sell them as wall hangers or import them into the country as a parts kit. If it is just going in the trash you aren't required to cut it to their specs.
@@jaidenwickk7997 I’ve been really getting into roller delays lately. I plan on getting another lower soon and eventually I’ll get around to building it.
Color combo looks sweet. Everyone screws up, there's few willing to show it. Frame the frame and put it on your shop wall.
That trigger pull is like in my dreams. Can’t pull the damn trigger.
Nice build! It’s salvageable just takes some fine tuning

I removed all extra material, and drilled one side. Then dropped in the rails, and then drilled all the way through. Using the rails as a guide.
I like this idea!
Does it shoot?
Dumb
Looks awesome!
Thank you! I need to build another one soon!

Noticed the gaps in the jig. Make sure to clamp or tape completely shut. This will affect drill hole alignment

Is there a guide to build it how would I learn how to make my own
hope u didn’t give up on the p80s! great hobby
I’m on the fence of buying the 26 model, but scared I’m going to screw it up.
There’s only one way to find out. Go for it!
It looks good
Did you drill the pins in from both sides according to instructions. I think that you drilled it all the way thru on one side.
I followed the instructions and drilled them in from both sides. If I ever do one again I think I’ll drill it all the way through.
nice build i hope you didnt throw that lower away. totally fixable!
I hope you kept that and fixed it. Super easy to fix
The green is looking good
Thank you!
Looks great.
Thank you!
Hey I looked on your channel tried to find any other of your p80 videos no luck. Did you give up on p80 builds
Not necessarily given up on them. But it definitely got thrown on the back burner.

So for the trigger housing pin hole what do I have to do because the pin isn’t going in?
Watch marine gun builder and it'll shoot it looks good as long as the pins are snug
Tape up the jig if u take it out.
I think I left the rubber bands on it. I wish I would have thought of tapping it up. I’ll be sure to do this next time. Thanks.
@@BrowncoatNerd you really didn’t need to tape or rubber bands. all I did was use my foot as weight lol.
How do I find that slide on ebay
To hammer in the locking block pin etc all it takes is a regular hammer right?
I’d recommend a mallet but a hammer will work.
@@BrowncoatNerd oh I get what your saying because a mallet is huger then a hammer and would get the pins through way easier
@@prophetbaby5569 less likely to mark up anything.
@@BrowncoatNerd that to
@@BrowncoatNerdI tried to hammer but it didnt work so I don’t know if it’s my rear rails or what
Just give me the frame please
Where did you order your kit
Lower from Classic Fire Arms and pretty much everything else from eBay.
@John Doe I got it on eBay April of 2020. It’s a Wuelf chamfer edge battleworn nickel boron.
@John Doe I never even ended up shooting it with the condition the pinholes were in. I sold the slide to help get funds for my CETME L.
Man I got one and screwed up on it three times in a row smh $500 wasted
😂😂😂😂 smh
what happened? and how to avoid
Woow thats dangerous slide locking like that not reliable no no no.
Follow mr baggs
He shows that you need to sand the rail or make the holes bigger on the rear rail not to make the hole bigger on your frame
Yea but the last 20% is technically 60 cuz u doing the drilling and screws and parts
