Love my P80's. Just ordered more now that they're back up on their site and on sale since the injunction passed. Anybody (well, you know) can go to a store and buy a firearm, but to make your own and customize it during the building process to make it unique to you is just so rewarding.
For those of us that live in states where we can't buy gen4s and gen5s, P80 is awesome! Even compared to my gen4 19, I still like the grip of my P80s more than any on my Gs. Thank you P80 for all you do. (edit - and if you ever wanna do a compact full frame, ala g29 or g30, I would be glad to test those for you. just sayin')

I'd just like to see them branch out into frames from other brands instead of just Glock and AR. Maybe something like a polymer Browning High Power frame, or a polymer 1911 frame.
@@pepepantuflas1 They're expensive, and a major pain in the backside to accurately install a slide correctly. It's the most involved process out of all 80% builds if you don't have a digital milling machine.

Ive built a ton of P80 glocks and milled my own AR lowers even though im an AK guy. Built my own stamping jig and for AK recievers. Now i just 3D print my own glock lowers. Not exactly the best but they work for a decent amount of rounds 1000+
On a skill scale of 0 to 100 the er old frame needed a skill of 5 and this one needs 110! I tried removing the trigger housing tabs with a dremel and blew through the frame! Good luck with this one!
They are aweful and P80 won't exchange them now that they won the injunction. You would think $2 worth of plastic they would be willing to swap the bridge frame for the old style in the name of good customer service, but I guess not. Edit: I would like to commend P80. They offered an exchange program where those of us who purchased the bridge frame can exchange them for the original type for only $25 (including shipping). They even allow frames that have been damaged when trying to complete them. I'm very pleased and want to thank them for listening to their customers!
Mini end mill bits for dremel and a hot knife and a small pair of snips works for me every time on the bridge frames. They just take a bit more time and patience and i almost like the extra challenge. Built 3 so far, no prob.

You need to put it in a vice and use a dremel. Drill press and crossvice works here in place of a milling machine. Good luck to you. It isn't easy. You'll probably ruin a few frames along the way. The best you can do is be patient and take your time. If you're really determined, you can accomplish this with a chisel and some files.

No, that is not all. There is material that has to be removed to insert the front rail, and the front pin hole is no longer pre-drilled. There is no jig with provisions for that hole, and it is centered on the corner of an angled surface, so it's going to need an end mill and fixturing, not simply a drill bit.

Do not buy any of these PA frames from this company. They are garbage that grid in the back is nearly impossible to remove without totally destroying the lower grip module. I watched my brother destroy three of them and he has probably built hundreds of these. The feds put that there so people would screw them up. if anyone has any suggestions that you know work, please let me know so I can tell my brother. I watched him do this for hours being very meticulous but there’s one part of that grid way down in there that you have to use a Dremel and then it melts. Feds are slick on this one guys any pointers would be appreciated and please don’t reply and tell me just go slow because molasses ran faster than my brother.

Ship them / it to friend / family in a free state. Rebox & ship to your location. More hoops yes but if you want it you will do it. Make friends with a trucker that resides in a free state and travels to your state regularly. Have them buy it and bring it to you.

I had orders from their dealer and it was excuses until it was to late. I asked p80 to fix it they told me to pound sand. I am in process of developing my own solutions. I am better off. I been a faithful customer of theirs for awhile and at this point they are not capable of providing products.

I had orders from their dealer and it was excuses until it was to late. I asked p80 to fix it they told me to pound sand. I am in process of developing my own solutions. I am better off. I been a faithful customer of theirs for awhile and at this point they are not capable of providing products.

I decided to develop and design on my own and maybe in about a year or more I might have something developed in house. p80 was a convenience for me not a necessity and when their dealer failed to deliver I decided to go another way with it.

The ATF got shut down regarding lower receivers. You can buy any receiver now thanks to our hardworking congressman. The ATF cant make laws…
