Food and Beverage Service Training (Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism)

This video was prepared and issued by the Directorate General of Research and Training of the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The purpose of this video is to develop knowledge and skills of food & beverage service employees (waiter, barmen, barmaid...) working in the accommodation industry. The content of the video was carefully identified through research assessing specific needs of information of the concerned employees.

This video I find it very interesting and informative. It implies serving food and beverage in guest rooms of hotels to develop knowledge and skills of food and beverage service employees working in the accommodation industry. I noticed that it's concerning hotel hospitality. I am impressed with the way it has explained everything in detail. Loved it. Information oriented and a great piece of learning to better experience in the future as a student.

It's always an honour to serve sophisticated people but sometimes you have to deal with worst kind of people, which do not have good manners. I enjoy serving a couple, consisting of a man and a woman but I've never loved to serve a big group of people, because they are noisy and they don't know how to order. They are trying to order all at the same time and you, as a waiter, won't be able to understand.
