Hah!!! My local used camera store owner has been riding me hard me to stop collecting and start shooting! Shoot anything - he says. I think you are my guardian angel, providing a safe haven under your wing...and artillery to fight this wretched beast of a burned out photographer!!! Many thanks
Some great ideas to try out Jan Henrik 😊 the variation of inanimate objects are a shear pleasure for experimenting with macro photography. Interesting to see how 'perfect' manufacturing of items like elastic bands, pencils, etc. are performed. Micro-aspects of mechanical things like cogs and gears, minute perspectives on cars and bicycles, etc. also make interesting subjects. On the wide-angle spectrum, urban architectural lines and design also make excellent subjects. Macro photography is truly an art form.
Thank you Jan for sharing, i really enjoyed the ideas. A question, are you shooting with just a Macro lens, or do you also have an extension tube to take the images?. Thanks Charlie
Thanks a lot for your feedback, Anthony. Yeah, I usually pick some music a bit more gentle than this, but as with photography I have to experiment now and then 😊
Very good work - and inspires me too! Thank you JHA!
Great ideas, Thanks!!
Lovely photos but it would be very helpful if you would add your camera settings. Thanks!
Really enjoy your videos Jan, very creative. I love your early morning trips into the woods, very relaxing and calming. Thank you. 😊

I would certainly love to. Could you tell me a bit more about what you would like to know?

Thanks, Charlie. Happy to hear that. I'm only using a macro lens - 100mm. No extension tubes.
Great ideas, sometimes simple is best as demonstrated. Many thanks. Do not like your choice of music though!
