Late response, but the water colour ratios come with practice. The more you paint, the more you are able to decipher how much mixing you need to do.

Unfortunately, those brushes are completely sold out on their site. I use the Princeton Aqua Elite, and I can't offer a comparison, but I'm a beginner, and I LOVE those brushes. Just thought I'd put that out there since you can't get the same one's as Clarice uses
