Hey Luis, off-topic but have purchased any of the carbon steel pans from Blanc Creatives? Hand forged, really gorgeous, I think if you like Smithey’s hand forged line, you’ll appreciate Blanc Creatives’ line.
Hello, I have looked at those skillets but I have not considered getting 1 at the moment. I do like my Smithey Carbon Steel Skillet and I’ll be doing a review of another one soon. I’ve got several carbon steel pans, like Santa Barbara Forge, McMurry Ironware and the 3 main French brands. So maybe this year or perhaps the beginning of next year I’ll consider Blanc Creatives
