i think this goes to all carries. dont fking defend ur tier 1 tower on 10 mins mark because all enemies would gank u easily. Fortunatelly like WK, TA, luna can clear waves and camps easily so not a big deal on farm
Just remember to actually analyze your own replays. Learning about classic 2k blunders from BSJ is as well and good but you _need_ to take what you've seen and apply it to yourself in order for the lessons to take effect in a real game.

Yeah sure keep blaming your team. There's one common factor in all of your games, and that's you. You're in 2k mmr for a reason. But the moment you blame other people, is the moment you solidify your rank as 2k mmr. If you're in 5k then you can blame you're team, because that's when it actually becomes a team game. But in 2k, really.

i get so unbalanced game most of the time, its straight 8 wins and then straight 8 loss streak; and i can always tell there always 2 or3 idiots in my team if we are losing and enemy team if enemy is losing

man im always trying to explain to my team that we cannot go 16min hg without aegis and getting clowned on for saying that every game in 3.5k
Don't explain, just state it. You are so rock solid in your principles that you don't need to explain it because it's that obvious. You move back and say "we wait for aegis".
Your team will follow.
Sometimes your team will follow of you back up and stay firm…sometimes they will still go high ground without you, feed and then blame you because you were not there with them ;)
A major reason coaches like BSJ rage on the average player is because coaches have a wealth of knowledge that they take for granted that the average player just simply do not know. For example, the gem at ruclips.net/video/07kJ0oidLwU/видео.html, is so obvious for BSJ that he doesn't even have to think about it. BSJ you spoke of "checkmarks" here but as an average player I have never come across such a list. And yet this crucial information is buried halfway through a video and can easily be missed.
I would LOVE to see, say, a flowchart of a general (idealized) map pushing progression, eg. Tier 1 offlane -> Tier 1 safelane -> push side lanes -> Tier 1 mid -> etc. I would LOVE to see such a gem feature prominently in a video, or maybe made into an infographic. It would make such a VAST improvement for the average player.

i remember him listing the progression order in one of the Eri coaching session, going by memory here but i believe the standard order for a standard (split)pusher carry is:
1) stay in ur safe lane until u get 1-2 items and can safely push a couple waves and farm the large-small camps in 1 minute rotations, eventually u'll be faster and can include some camps in deeper jungle, can do it 2-3 times then
2) tp offlane and get their t1 safe while still clearing their large-small camps, essentially mirror what u did before but on their side of the map
(meanwhile your pos5 should be defendind mid t1 while ur mid farms around it and if lucky ur teammates usually skirmish 3v3 around mid area and maybe they get enemy t1 on their own)
3) once u get ur 3rd item you should be farmed and safe enough to keep the wave pushed at enemy safe t2 while u do a larger rotation between enemy jungle and your triangle, rinse and repeat every minute then
4a) if Dire get that t2 safe -> back to Roshan -> push mid t2 with aegis and team and start sieging by keeping mid and enemy safe pushed in, eventually highground with ur final item
4b) if Radiant you''re already controlling the top half of the map, same process but all objectives are closer, enemy t2 top-enemy jungle-Rosh etc
-Enemy offlane towers should be ignored, usually a free game ends up with you throning with safe/mid racks taken, if they still can defend then go for Megas/another Rosh
-This build order is the standard for fast farmers/tower pushers Heroes, some exceptions include Lifestealer where he usually suggest to defend ur safe t1 until late, get enemy off t1 and steal their triangle farm while ur team play in the other half of map

When I was 2k, as carry I just made sure I was hitting creeps constantly and always checking map. Farm near team and only fight when no CD’s or just a good fight. recognize timings. you’ll climb to like 4-5k easily
Btw a suggestion, as actualy a guy who teached for a living for a while, i'd give you one hint. You have realy good points, but you usualy have too many of them. Ppls brain need to simplify stuff, and learn it in sequence. So, insted of puting like 8 thinks he needs to do, its better to do some stages, like first learn the moust important stuff (Dont fight w/o ulty, dont push HG w/o aegis, leave line when you dont farm there) and just focus on those. when your student complete this task, follow with the next one (sweep the map, push line then jungle X jungle then def twr) etc..... its realy hard for ppls to focus on more then few topics (~2 max 3)at one time, dota is hard game as itself, eaven more when you need to think about new stuff you wants to do.

BSJ look at the state of the game at 26:49 literally 5 heroes dead for another 20 seconds and they're at the tier 3 with a carty and he has 6 skeletons ready. You obviously go and push the tier 3, drop skeletons, and as legion respawns, you back off with your entire team. tier 3 dead. boom. The mistake wasn't to "cross this line" but it was to cross it after waiting for the enemy team to respawn while farming a stupid ancient camp nobody cares about
It might seem like the whole 'top vs bottom' is equivalent since its both a ton of jungle camps. The difference it being THEIR jungle vs your own jungle. WK farms the so fast that in this way you restrict the enemies from farming and u open up the jungle for your own cores. Especially on WK where the skeletons just get to apply tower pressure for free. Plus you get your own triangle with Ancients (efficient!) as well to farm in the rotation.
Another reason for the bottom T2 being so important for Radient is the Roshan potential. It might seem weird since its furthest away but this is exactly the reason. If bottom lane T3 is being pressured all the time someone has to rotate to deal with it. This opens up Rosh for Dire and when a fight breaks out at rosh it takes that Radiant defender the longest to show up.

In this rank dire players play like 6k radiant players and radiant players play like 6k dire, if you tell them wow you are crazy get reported.
Even as a 4.5k sup I feel like I learnt a lot from this haha.
Carries always blame everyone else, but forget to realize that most other players change their play style to help the carry. when the carry shits the bed, its over. I have MANY TIMES transitioned into carry to salvage a game. Usually losing. When the carry afk farms and blames everyone else for their poor decisions.

This is the MMR where the pos 5 grief you super hard like this and then in 20 min mark tells you pos 1 is useless. This is the MMR where pos 1 gets griefed but stays in lane and lose farms.

as a pos5 player, this mirana gave me a headache just by being picked as pos5, but she goes way beyond anything and stacks the camps so wk has a harder time farming after being left alone in lane...
BUT she gave him a salve, that was actually impressive given the mmr.

@@loliH9 because it isnt your job. While mirana is a bad pick for pos5 she played well and reoric got full profit from those stacks getting both solo lane exp and three minute jungle exp.

@@loliH9 Gold and items changed so much theres ZERO reason to give a core a tango until they run out. salving them is good. But supports need to ward/deward, harass and leave lane when appropriate to not leech XP, pull lanes, and stack. Then rotate situationally. that's how you support now. I usually harass, then get out of XP if lane is under tower. Then pull if it pushes. leave to ward mid/gank when the lane is nice for carry. Then return to salve or harass when needed. Stacking camps and doing support shit.

You should explain at 11:24 that it is not fine to wait for LH, you only do that when you need the wave at ur tower, but when you can jungle fast you just push the lane.
Bsj there is one question, i m 2k but i go farm bot as you say, but so many times i got ganked and died because i wasnt aware from the map, and in 2k it is hard to know the map because half of the team stay in jungle so it is hard to know if they are ganking or not. so any advice on this
Best tip for when your team doesn't provide vision and make space for you:
Ask a support to come with you so you can protect each other as they ward. And if they don't come with you:
Observer wards are free
Or in this particular case, send skeletons
Same if you have illusions or mjollnir or summons or whatever
Mirana is griefing by stacking? You cant farm triple stacks? Can you stand near viper, beast and soak sixtiple camp expirience in a few seconds? Along with full exp you got from lane while mirana was away not leaching your exp? Can you ask techies to put a mine or two and finish the creeps? Can you not be part of the team?
And the funniest thing is that few mins later he goes and literally farm this camp that he supposed to be unable to farm with mirana. Typical carries.
Graritude for this boost from mirana? No. She must be griefing.
If you watched BSJ's coaching sessions to Eri, this Mirana did almost everything BSJ recommended, salved him, gave him extra XP and pulled. Maybe she could have provided better creep balance, but he was far ahead by minute 10 thanks to Mirana

Thanks for recognising that pos5 is griefing, when he is afk at first creep wave. Most of the time you can actually say it even before laning by the items your pos5 buys.
In SEA, my bracket, my pos5 will rush his items buy buying 1 set of tangoes for lane.
No sentry to block/unblock camp.
No mangoes to spam spells.
No healing to trade with pos4/3
And no contesting pull.
He will sit in your lane. Take your xp, then when enemy reaches level 5/6 and u r 3/4 he will go take bounty, then run to mid.
Now you are stuck with mental harassment
I feel like BSJ does this a lot - he calls someone out for their mistake and then because the guy can’t hear BSJ, as it’s a replay, he continues to do what they’re doing . BSJ then gets very annoyed with them and rambles on and on about it. Then it happens again, because obviously the guy can’t hear BSJ. The cycle continues and the guy is called a fucking scrub. Prove me wrong!

but bsj even if that beast tp at bot there is no point of tping there because thta wk having pressure at top... if players doesn't know how to execute... isn't it good playing for win because i have seen many games people don't know that much but if i hav to win i have to cover up the places where teammates are not taking care of.... it is pointless tping at bot after beast and top willl be free and the game get griefed.... i have seen many plays where even if i tp at bot as core other players will also tp at bot with me just to take creeps and top tower will be freely executed by enemies....

My understanding is that now that WK had 13 sec to spare after farming two top creep waves, plus jungle that adding a single bot creep wave into that rotation is next. im 2k and so confused by this informations. One coach says u are pos1, get your damage deal item, get your bkb, if some1 says u must join the fight, he just don't understand the game, as your job is the farm in safe and soft fighting if possible. now what bsj says at 17-18min is go tp bot in no vision alone and take their t2 tower and jungel their side. Alone. Am I stuped or why I don't understand when do what...
3 guy dead, as bsj says they are dead around 20sec ago and almost just respawning. if the wk tp bot and start pushing the lane, the enemy maybe decide to gank him as hes whole team showed up on mid. and what if the bot lane pushed by wk? where to go next? go back to tringle? (so much wasting time again) or farm the enemy jungel in the shadow? what if it's warded?... Whenever I see a coach video, I feel like ooh he is smart, but at the same time I also feel like, yes and what if...

At 26.08 into the game there was a full team wipe and a catapult, 6 skeletons ready to cast and 12 seconds before slark revives, if the wk went HG straight away instead of clearing the ancients they could of gotten t3 and got out easily or potentially forced a buyback or 2.
I reacon this is why his team greifed him, there wasnt enough time to get rosh with just him and the mirana.
It is funny to hear low MMR 2k when you are not even 1k.
This is why I think my Nyx offlane build works precisely for what BSJ is saying is a problem for the safelane:
I build so that they CANNOT have efficient trades. I lvl Impale and Spiked Carrapace only til like lvl 8 when I get my first Mana Burn and that way, I kill my own creep wave, pull the lane, and just drag that lane allllll the way back to my tower so I can secure myself some safe farm and make it really dangerous for the safelaner to keep farming. Ideally, my POS4 is harassing the HELL out of either the POS 5 so he can't pull or just harassing the POS1 too (this rarely happens I find in my Archon games...most POS4s that play with me just grief me because of my pick or they go feed somewhere). Then, I build immediately after arcane boots into stacking up armor so that the trades are even less efficient for the enemies. Throw a big nuke or stun at me? Carrapaced. And then I'm constantly able to spam Impale to get that safelaner's HP below half or cause them to waste healing items. Then, by lvl 6, a lot of safelaners are just plain bad and stay in lane while I impale them over and over and then they get themselves JUUUUST low enough at around 500 or so HP and I hit that Impale, Vendetta combo and get the kill. Honestly this has worked A LOT. The only times it doesn't work are when I'm griefed by the POS4 or when they feed or when they cannot stop the POS5 from pulling or blocking our pull camp and then I just have to play it safe and try to catch up. And the problem with Nyx is that, he isn't an efficient jungler at all so staying in lane is his best bet for farm...easiest farm strategy in the early game is hit a creep or two in the wave while your creeps hit them, Impale the wave and then the ranged creep is 1 hit from death and you get 2 kills just like that then you can wait to last hit the others. And the thing about this build is and people might say "Oh but Nyx can't farm, he has like zero farm" and that's true. But I've also consistently noticed now that, despite having probably 5-10k less farm than the average Pos 1 or Pos 2, I can get just as many kill, die less, tank more dmg, do more dmg, all without having to farm as much. And that's because you have to be pretty sweaty to play my Nyx offlane build...AND know which games are the right games to pick him for it because if there's 2 or 3 VERY tanky enemies, it probably won't work unless your team already has GREAT DPS or a competent mid laner or safe laner (which...I keep noticing, I do not have and they instead stay in failed lanes and feed kills off). Anyway, I think Nyx Assassin is a secretly awesome Offlaner depending on the game because of his Spiked Carrapace (which reflects all dmg once from each source) which is a stun and Impale..which is a high dmg stun...and then just build armor and HP and magic resistance on Nyx and you can frontline just like an Axe or Tide in teamfights AND deal massive nuke dmg. The caveaut is: This build is really only ideal vs teams with enough squishy heroes. For example, if the enemy team picks Invoker or Sniper Mid, Nyx offlane is great because once we hit the late game, even if their Offlane is a Legion Commander, provided my lane phase has gone decently and my team haven't fed 15 kills before 15mins, then I can even solo a Legion Commander, Templar Assassin, Slark, no sweat and anyone squishier than that is dead in .5 seconds to Nyx's usual skill combo.
At this point I've been able to push SO many safelaners out of lane because it isn't safe for them to farm. But what do I do as a Nyx if my POS4 griefs or feeds and makes my lane phase awful? Just act like a Tiny and keep buying Tangos and stay in lane? And of course, maybe an answer would be "Well you're Nyx, get lvl 6 and go gank someone" but I know the limits of Nyx and lvl 1 Vendetta even with Impale isn't enough to solo gank an enemy unless they're already low enough HP. Add in the fact that so many pub matches are full of people who have very slow reaction times or who do not coordinate...and leaving lane just to try and fail to gank someone with players who play too slowly just isn't worth it. So...stay in lane I guess until I'm online in those cases?

4:36 how is making triple stacks like that with a mid Viper on the team not a good play? I guess WK is more important but I would have thought Viper needs that acceleration, especially since it's a really good Viper game

Wouldn't there are argument to be made for the pb to push bot (as he did) as it's harder for him to get ganked (it'd have to be icepath lined into leach, even then it's not certain he'll die. Provided wk keeps farming and scaling? Yes beast may not take the tower as quick as wk but he frees up space for rest of team to take mid tower -> rosh

Conclusion: hc’s aren’t meant to be simply perma farming, but farming while going for objectives, like granting pushes against undefended towers and eventually fighting with low commitment/around important skills cd’s.

Ok let me rant about this. Mirana was part pulling for 3 or 4 waves. Miramar wouldn't help against husker. Supports choose first without combo and role appropriations for stunner or such. He was able to kill husker in that lane. That was more than good enough.

You know whats happening when you as support go contest the lane with wk vs jakiro legion? Either you feed while wk is ignoring you or you both feed. Wk doesnt farm run into jungle crying.
She is doing everything right - allowed her useless carry to farm on terrible lane under tower, without taking exp, and at the same time prepared the rich fat stacks for him that according to bsj he cant farm but which in the very same game he farmed in several seconds. Yes three minute worth of farm and exp that he could poke this three minute he took in seconds in addition to all the soli exp he got in safety if his tower.
If I go AM and I can't lane, and my sidelines also loose how do I recover my game? Since AM is not a good jungler

I think all you can do at that point is buy glove of haste into treads, get wraith bands, and other jungle items. It will be awful for a bit, but what else can you do. Try to get bf, then play as annoying as possible cutting waves and farming up. You will have to farm aggressively to make space for your team since they will be behind from their equally awful lanes and as AM you can afford to because of your powerful escape. Still super likely you'll lose, but at least you tried.

At minute 5:15 BSJ literally asking pos 5 to do what Mirana does anytime he lanes with a Wraith King.
Now he says Mirana is griefing for letting WK solo xp under tower against two level 1 heroes and then coming back to salve him.
I'm about to watch this video. I'm expecting the pos 5 to not help pos 1 in the safelane at the start and instead start stacking jungle. Because if not, I imagine you do not fully understand what BSJ was saying the Mirana was doing wrong in THIS video exactly. The minutes preceeding the 5:15 min mark matter and can change advice...that fact could be why BSJ's advice "seemingly" contradicts itself...because you are playing with 2d pieces in a 3d puzzle P
@@travisdeppe9172 He was just flaming Mirana to make WK feel good. By minute 4.45 of the game (4:18 in this video) he is level 5, with 21 CS and the lane went 1-0 in favor of WK who was fully salved. Mirana did an excellent work here, we are talking about a 2k game, that are fantastic numbers and he is already ready to jungle. Those stacks where not good, but he could still farm a big and small camp. I don't really remember these videos now anyway.
