If this was recorded with a professional microphone, they would probably sound ten times better. But who cares, even being filmed with a regular camera this is incredibly amazing...

It’s actually one of the worst anime of all time really. Lucy is such a poorly written character that they can’t even decide between making her an overly cool monster that can just mindwave through enemies like eating candy or a mental handicapped retard that can’t even go to the bathroom right and pee all over the floor. This anime disgusts me. It’s concept is kind of cool because it’s about a thing that was sort of being kept as an experiment but the story is so poorly written and over the top edgy that it becomes offensive to watch and just plain stupid. Hey here’s a question. Why don’t these people frigging have an intelligent idea for once in their storytelling? Are they that lazy that they can’t even come up with a single idea in their small little brain? Also, no. This anime is not serene. Only the opening has some somewhat decent looking art in the beginning. The rest of it is so poorly animated that it’s like they only tried making the characters move static most of the time or being awfully CGI’d or even things appearing after they never appeared before. Most shots of blood are just blood being gushed out like a spray can because the animators are such hacks they can’t even animate a real blood wound. You’ll also notice how Lucy’s psychic arms never appeared in the first episode but then appeared for the first time some episodes later and in a very static and influent way as they look bent or frozen in place with no movement. The character designs are horrible too. Everyone has these huge eyes that make them not even look like real people. Everyone also has the same face over with different hair color also. Even Lucy doesn’t really stick out because other Dyclonius look exactly like her which doesn’t even question what even is a frigging Dyclonius which isn’t even explained either. This show sucks big hairy ball sacs. This garbage deserves to rot in the worst depths of hell and backwards. It’s complete rotten garbage that’s pathetic and rotten and pretends to be dark when it’s just fanfiction written by an 8 year old. The only redeeming quality in this train wreck is the opening soundtrack which is surprisingly well composed and beautiful but it’s not worth watching the anime to hear it as you’re better off just listening to it on RUclips.
