Awesome, congratulations. I am about 22 months post op for my sleeve gastrectomy. I went from 260(maybe higher) to 145, I am only 5'6". I am 49 years old and I am in the best shape of my life. I can't believe how easy the entire process was, very little pain. I can honestly say that I've had teeth cleanings that were more painful. My suggestion to anyone thinking about having this procedure is to think of it as a tool. Congratulations Darryl.
Thanks for sharing! I like the reminder of thinking of it as a tool to lose weight. I feel a lot better knowing that it is less painful than some teeth cleanings lol. Those can HURT!!
Great job! I’m scheduled for the sleeve 5/15 about two weeks away. I’m very inspired after your video. I was on the fence about whether or not to get the bypass or the sleeve thinking that I wouldn’t lose the amount of weight that I wanted to but after seeing this video I’m sure that I can get there. I have about 100 to 120 pounds to lose to be at my goal. Great job 👏🏽 your hard work paid off. I pray I’m right there with you
Congratulations and thanks for sharing your story. I am nearly two weeks post-op. I have battled weight and health issues for more than twenty years. I wish had done this sooner.
I hear that so often. People wish they would have done it sooner. It’s sad m a way because I know you feel like you wasted time but you have your entire life ahead of you and you did it!!! 🎉
Yooo that's wassup ,its 2022 I had vsg surgery on the 8th of August I've lost 27lbs since surgery, its definitely not easy, but whats good going the easy route
1st of all congratulations on your journey. but I'd like to hear about all the real stuff after the surgery handling the cravings , knowing there are things you'll never be able to possibly digest more less taste again etc .
I'm going in tomorrow. My name is Daryl to lol. I am at 364 as of this morning and I am using Dr Krause at royal oak beaumont. Hopefully I will look like you soon.
