I found 30-min all standing workout is the most popular in Eleni's channel😆 I will try all kinds and repeat those fit myself the best. Honestly I would do more knee friendly workouts. There are so many good choices. That's why I can sustain routine workouts. This new one actually is fun and certainly will try tmr. Thanks a lot Eleni!

I've been staying strong and focused on the exercises. I didn't do the 2nd, but I did it on the rest day of the first week, and I actually missed the 13th and 14th. Eleni, could you please add more weight exercises in the next calendar? I bought weights (2x2kgs) in December because I thought I would use them a lot, but it's sitting here and since I only do your exercises, I would really like to be able to use them. Anyway, I haven't focused much on the physical aspects, I need to discipline my diet, but I've been feeling more willing, stronger and had better nights sleep, but everything is a process and a lot of willpower is needed in some days. Eleni, thank you for making these exercises available and for always bringing a smile to my face when the heat is on!

I like your all standing workout!!!! For me it's perfect and very effective! I had a back injury, so there are certain limitations in training. when I do exercises on the floor, my lower back hurts. But these exercises I can do without problems
Sooo I have been subscribed for a while but I have to admit that I had never done a workout of yours. I always thought they looked very cool and all, but I was a bit "sceptical" because I thought they were too easy for me after years of super intense training. But today I decided to try this workout and I want to really say I loved it so so much. It was the right level of intensity but it was also super fun and the movements were original and creative. I haven't had so much fun doing a workout in a very long time, and this is just what I needed rn because exercising had become too much of a numbing routine for me as of late. I felt super connected and in tune with my body while doing this. So props to you Eleni! Glad I finally gave your workouts a try :)

loved it!!!! thank you for adding only one burpee 😅😅😆😆due to my body size, I cannot do it, so I always have to replace them but with 1 it was manageable 🥰🥰🥰
An HIT workout doesnt have to be longer than 30 minutes, you get the full benefit in 30 minutes, and Eleni has the know how, her workouts target all muscles and the intensity is included in her HIT!! On the other hand if you think you need 60 minutes you can do a 30 minutes twice or combine 2 different 30 minutes together, which I trully believe a more than 30 minute in an HIT isn't needed
