When you remove fibres from Barley flour and make chapati to eat it will bound to give error ie it will behave like almost rice flour. Use whole Barley flour.
Make your roti atta with coconut powder, almond powder, alsi, pumpkin seeds and bajra. You will find less spike in blood sugar after eating only one roti made from this atta. Eat more of non starchy vegetables along with one such roti.

I think you should make another video in which you add the same jau atta but also add 2 tablespoons of wheat bran. Then the roti will be digested more slowly and your blood sugar rise will be much less, may be half of what you saw in this video. You can get wheat bran from online easily.
@@sunildhaul2397 the local grinding mills sift the atta before selling. They throw away the bran and are therefore more than willing to sell you wheat bran at throw away price.
