    बिल्कुल सत्य है। मैंने भी यही पाया। मेरा भी यही अनुभव है। थोड़ा थोड़ा खाना और परहेज करना,आसन व्यायाम प्राणायाम घूमने से डायबिटीज रिवर्स हो सकता है और मैं आजकल यही कर रहा हूं आपकी जानकारी मुझ तक आने से पहले। मैं भी बहुत रिसर्च प्रयोग कर चुका हूं। यह नई खोज है। डाक्टर साहब और मुझे बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद।

    माझे वय 58 वर्षे आहे मला मधुमेह झाल्याचे निदान झाले रक्त तपासल्यानंतर उपाशीपोटी साखर 180 व जेवणाच्या 2 तासानंतर 300 आली .त्यानंतर 15दिवसांनी साखर तपासली ती 130 व 260आली.त्यानंतर आपले यु त्युब चे व्हिडिओ पाहिले दुधी व पालक चा रस टाकून केलेल्या गव्हाच्या पोळ्या खाऊन तसेच प्रोटीन जास्त खाऊन पुन्हा 15दिवसांनी साखर तपासली साखर 111 व 130आली.

    It's god gift this type of diet is not possible because it's not oneday meal through out our life v have to eat . My dear friends pls take curd once u fine break fast and lunch not night . Eat well in afternoon morning all will eat ragi rotti afternoon red rice leave it . Night only cucumber its best

    सबसे अच्छा जौ का आटा है। स्वाद भी अच्छा । बेसन का रोटी और इसका डोसा भी अच्छा है। ये भी अपना धंधा पर आ गया।

Aap aaunusar subah se rattk kya aaur keese khana chahiye ye batana, kuke bohosare lok aapki badi aaur engalish bhasha nhi jante, khas tourse kraybohayred sugr, daybetij levl nhi jante aaur koi tal ke to nhi kkata.     डॉक्टर साहब नमस्ते एक बार मेरे भी शुगर बढ़ गई थी 392 हो गई फिर जो चना बाजारा गेहूं सोयाबीन यह सब मिलाकर खाया मैंने और एक पाउडर बनाया बारहमासी फूल के पत्ते करेला और अनार के छिलके इनकी फकी बनाकर सुबह शाम दिन में ली मैंने अब शुगर हो गई है 150 कभी आराम है

    Meri sugar 361 thi...mena one month tk cooked food nhi khaya..cooked food me breakfast me ots leya wo b without milk.. sprout salad breakfast time...12 Baja green salad daba k ...4 Baja uncooked vegetables like radish, carrot, cabbage, cauliflower , brokli, Spanish, ect.... dinner me dry fruits nd fruits...that's all...sugar... reduced...176.... yoga nd morning is my regular routine...

    So now I have given up trying any Atta and enjoy one wheat Roti with protein and vegetables. Like you said any Roti will raise blood sugar. So I just eat one Roti a day , rest of the day I eat protein, salad and fruit . My A1c is now 6.5

      I do the same way. I am vegetarian and can not have soy either. I make sure that my each meal has vegetables and protein in it.

    Millets ya wheat kisika bhi roti ya cheela me 60% vegitable ya muringa leaf, methi or palak mix karke kneed karke banake khaye tho 2 se jyada kabhi khani payenge aur filling also it will not spike sugar. Can have with raitha (curd, pepper, cucumber and tomatoe)

      Just look at the carb content, that is enough. High carbs usually indicates high GI. Simple.

      सभी अनाज लगभग एक जैसे हैं, साथ में अधिक फाइबर युक्त सब्जिया, सलाद खाये , अधिक प्रोटीन युक्त भोजन मे बढायें, मै पूरे दिन मे 4 रोटी मिक्स अनाज की खाता हू, चिकन, सोया वड़ी, अंडे, पालक, गोभी, ब्रोकली,पत्ता गोभी,शलजम,मूली,खीरा,परवल,कुंदरू, आदि अन्य खाद्य पदार्थ सम्मिलित करता हू

    107 after breakfast.
    Hba1c - 5.2%.

      This is not considered as diabetic according to what I got to know so far. But,keep checking your HbA1c and Blood Sugar level in time intervals for betterment.
