2007 honda fit with 255k miles and still going strong. No repairs to engine. Just oil and tire changes. Fit best car ever made! Honda discontinued it because they weren't making money after sold.

I have a 2009 honda fit with only 58000.00 on it. It drives great, I just don't drive it very often.

I have an 07 Honda Fit Sport. 437K miles. It can get up to 90 and I get an average of 42 to 50 mpg. It is definitely the best car I've ever owned. Original engine, tranny has never been flushed. Changed plugs and wire 1 time. It has recently needed a new cat. Basic upkeep, tires, wipers, brakes, that's about it.
It has had a new radiator due to a deer hit. Rear shocks were Changed at 300K. I did pil changes every 3K miles. It is a shame, I think, that Honda Fits aren't available in US anymore.

3:26 I bought a 2009 Fit off my my Bro-in-law who bought it new. At 185k, it hard-core needed the valve adjustment, it was so bad it wouldn't drive, but would stall when engine was cold, because valves were hanging open. After I adjusted valves (easy 3-4 hr job) the thing ran perfect.

I have a 2012 sport, unfortunately I have the auto, but mine just hit 280K and still going strong.i love my Fit! I want more power but there absolutely a blast to drive, slow car fast.mine looks just like this one(different rims)unfortunately some drunk ass hat hit my doors on driver side and I could only find purple set.just an excuse to wrap it or do something fun paint wise! Anyway The Fit is the Shit!!!

Absolutely agreed, it’s a fantastic car. Sucks that someone hit your driver door, ours was hit on the passenger door in a parking lot. Someone just took off and didn’t leave any info.

I've driven sticks since the 80s but I prefer the GE8 Sport 5AT over the stick. The manual's ratios are too low. The AT is a strong as hell unit used in twice as massive Hondas. It doesn't mind you using the paddles to shift down into a corner and the torque converter locks in all gears. Literally an indestructible automatic that drives super nice with gear ratios that feel traditional. Before the H5 automatic I'd not want a Hondamatic, but the H5 is sweet!

Have a 2011Sport with under 100k and use the paddles daily. I don't ever push it to the limit, don't want to ware the rubber out lol, but the car keeps impressing me!

@@Theo-tp2wv right, the paddles do make it more fun to drive,I’m looking for a second FIT,I want to try a turbo or supercharger kit.for shits and giggles,I’m also looking into what engine swap would work for more power,I really want to make the second FIT a rally style car,I’ve seen them in Rally cross and looks like a blast.

The auto isn't unfortunate. It's better than the manual for this Honda. It's seriously over specced. The same one that's in Hondas that weigh twice as much. Do a $25 fluid change every 30,000 and it'll last the life of the car. It runs lower rpms too.
I like driving stick but the H5 automatic is brilliant. There's about zero reports of failure.

I am approaching 150,000 miles on my 2010 FIT. I recently brought a small SUV but am keeping my FIT. It is the only car I couldn't bear to trade in. I had some major front suspension issues earlier this year but overall it is the most reliable car I have ever had. I like it better than the two Civics I had before it and it has been more reliable as well.

Guys, have a 2015 Fit and the timing chain just went with 325K miles.. no major problems before some spark plugs replaced and a full coil swap out when 2 went bad. Just kept up with basic maintenance and made sure it was road worthy.. Just found a used engine with 80K miles and a warranty.. going to drop it in, add a new clutch, and bring the Fit back to life.
