It depends. If you just got your Aufenthaltstitel this year, what sort of residency permit have you been given since you were here? Tolerance permit?
I was wondering if the time of residency spent as student count within this 5 years of residency period.

Nurnberg is top on that list. Berlin too, irrespective of its size is quick. Also, really smaller cities in villages can be counted on to be quick

Yes of course it counts. Once you have got a job and you fulfill all other requirements, you’re good to go ✅
