Awwwwww Mackie i'm so very sorry for the loss of your fur babies Big Lady and Benny. It's difficult enough putting one down but two....that's extra heartbreaking. They're not just pets they're family too and it's the sad part about being a pet owner....they don't get to live long lives with us....in people years. My husband and i rescue homeless cats and take in some that others can no longer care for. We're at full capacity now. Some however come to us sick and we take them to the vet...some hang on and thrive while others sadly don't. Each loss breaks our hearts. Our two newest are two months old....the male is bonkers ....wide open .....the female is dainty and sweet and just chills out .......then he starts pouncing on her and bullying....so i have to put him in time out....lol. But anyway i feel your loss and i always just think of the joy they brought me and how so many times they would just have me laughing so hard .....so that's what i think of to make me happy instead of crying so much ....but it is hard when they live a long time and then that's when you walk in a room and use to seeing then there but they're not anymore. 😢 A few years ago we lost six of our elder fur babies just months apart. The vet said it was just old age but it was hard to let go of so many who had been around for so long. They ranged in age from 10 to 13. And one year later i lost my diva fur baby Elsa who was 18 years old.....our house is still so different without her now. But i hope you get a new fur baby dog one day and one that can take on Kia....lol. But anyway I'm glad you got to have Big Lady and Benny in your life as long as you did. We had two cats the same age and they were both getting so so sick and were in so much pain, and just didn’t have any quality of life left, so we also took them together and let them move on. I'm so sorry Mackie on your losses. I lost my oldest boy a couple weeks ago. He was almost 14. Last year in August I lost my girl to cancer and in Sept. 2019 I lost my oldest girl that we had for 14 years she was around 16-17. I thought my Pit would go into a deep depression over losing Baby last year that was his best friend and he didnt get along with my other boy but he took it well. It's always hard to loss a furbaby they are family.
I'm with ya Amanda. I had to have my tonsils removed at 20 also. It was absolutely terrible. My brother had his removed at 5 and he was fine by like the next day. I was about to die up to the 14th day. Crazy. 😊

#mackieandamanda I had my tonsils out at 29 and I had a 3!week old baby at the same time plus had 3 older children but i basically had 4 children one a new baby and I had my tonsils out at 29yrs old and had to take care of a newborn and 3 other children with hardly no help so I know how it is having my tonsils out when I was older I fought with tonsillitis for over all my childhood and most of my adulthood and then they finally decide to take them out when I was 29 6:55
