- Thank you Phoenix for another busy service at the Wandering Tortoise. Our staff did an AMAZING 👏 job. They were serving food so fast that we almost finished the 2nd Lechon before the 3rd one was ready. I actually had to tell them to slow down to prevent a lapse in available Lechon. They are true culinary warlords!

The Lechons are the best looking ones I've seen. The crispiest in town. I wonder though if he makes the sauce Mang Tomas style to go with it.
Thank you! We make sawsawan for our lechon. We also serve it with Mang Tomas because more people are used the all purpose sauce.

Yes Sisig! The heads and feet went first. You can fast forward to the Bak Abs and Mike chapters. Mike always buys the heads and Bak Abs pre ordered them.
