Big up,s Felon show,🤜🤛
I found Fete to be a great speaker and through his lived experiences has really got alot he can pass on. As tough as he was and still is I do see the warm loving family orientated polynesian side of him coming out in this video which was nice to see.
Wishing Mr Taito a full life with lots of LOVE.
What a warm and likeable guy, couldn't help but smile while listening to him tell some of these tales. I'm glad him and others are speaking out and being listened to. The abuse him and his brothers endured is sickening.
yeah it was crap and the house masters were bullys 😡 alot of us doin boys homes together all ended up doing a few prison time together after the boys homes + we all ended up been in different gangs in the prisons
Thank you. Blessings that this spreads on the net. It is from the past, that we evolve forward, stronger and wiser. Many Blessings for your work. It takes the one, to put things right for the many. Again thank you for this well spoken interview.
I love this man he is a blessing to his community and New Zealand he understand s so much about the welfare system and how people feel coming out the other end the hurt and what it can do to your life in all areas of it he is amazing I’m glad he survived with what he went through so he can help others with understanding and love x thank you
loving the in oerson interviews with different camera angles really adds more depth into your videos

yep through the 90s auckland had a mass of growth both the economy and immigration . central Auckland became prime real estate so the state housing blocks were mostly sold off . but new ones were built out south .
This is the best interview I've ever seen I think. Chur king Dave! 👍
Appreciate that brother !
Great sharing , raw and so truthful
Dave Uso that was a real nice interview with the brother Feke, so Good to hear the brother and his Journey, Spent some time with the older brother and he was just one of those guys that we knew he was who he was. Nice guy and has a energy that made the block or unit we were in stay in the right formation. Nice to hear the OGs sharing Truth !
Another great vid Dave! I relate to the interview. Koori mob is the same! Brothers have to stick together. Aboriginal fullahs have the same problems. We have to unite the community! Awesome as usual brother 🤎💪🏾
i did my time in lower hutt epuni boys home green as they come. I was 12 and a half years old at the time the only one from Maraeanui Napier there at the time. You know the thing about it was i was going up on a charge of stealing 13 cars all in one night 12 and a half years of age got three months in Epuni boys for my troubles i didn't care at the time all i did was run away from home but i didn't know about the stolen cars until years later when they showed me the charge sheet in the Christchurch district court, i could'nt believe wow that sucked any how i made Christchurch my home for the past forty odd years got kids and they got kids i don't regret doing time for something i didn't do it gave me a chance to see the rest of new zealand the south island is a beautiful and native part of the country i left my past behind me and got me a new begining a new whanau
All I care about is if you're happy. The issues with NZ as a people is our inability to ask if anyone is happy where they are now and you seem like you're content with where youre at. If not, then I apologise but if so then ka pai you 👌
Your an amazing man brother with a story to tell you could always see that this man and all he's been thru had always had a big heart and it's finally comming out much Respect to that

Awesome interview
Thank you ☺️
Knew Feets when I worked in A and B Block in Pare. Always a good dude. Always respectful. Dude talks no shit. Kept the trouble makers in line for us that's for sure lol. The part where he says "If you know you can't do another lag, that's when it's time to get out." These bullshit political rehabilitation programmes don't work. If you know, you know.
What beautiful example that change is possible for even the most effected people with a life time of oppression ive been for myself tring to find someone that i would feel they'd understand me and isnt just their to pay their bills(nothing wrong with that either) but have pure passion for the work they do on a daily bases i havent got a story as ruff as him but i totaly understand living day to day with weight of growing up in unhealthy, violent substance abuse and just everthing negitive in general ut weighs you down restricts you of doing many things expecting the worse of everthing and everyone.... just want to say ive been humbled by the mahi this extraordinary man is doing and the all other people involved i hope to be someone that can do mahi like this for our people in my future. Thank you for your mahi your doing for our people 🙏🙏🙏❤❤
And ive written down your number too i hope i can make contact in the future
Nga Mihi Aroha Matua for your Korero..kiaora Bless
Much respect bro no punches pulled on that subject total honesty.

Bless you as well, my humble appreciation ☺️🙏
This type of abuse is or has been happening in every kids home in every country in the world. I can’t believe people that don’t think conspiracies exist.
I watched this with my mum and she said she used to go to PIPC with this guy 😂 these vids are so good Dave ❤
I remember Feets from awhile ago, Respect to you Feets to see you still out there.

hey I wasnt going to say anything until you said you slept under the Grafton Bridge in auckland. I was one of those street kids. I got off a bus in Greenlane and some KC's hooked up and we caught the bus back to Auckland and went down to wizards. I also used to sleep in the abandoned carpark in Aotea Square. They called me Hastings I also remember we ate at Rickys cafe on K rd. And have sunday lunch at the white church mission in Mt Eden Rd. Listening to you brings back so much memories I probably met you Fete I remember going to Ponsonby for a feed at someones house. The Islanders fighting on the K Rd Bus stop bridge when the pubs closed. Rolling people at Myers Park the huge drop by the time they got to the bottom they were dazed. Kia Ora Bro good to hear some good memories. I was living on the st's at 15 so that was 1980 when I ran away from my foster home. Thanks Bro Kia Kaha. Edit: Sorry bro I also remember chasing those skinheads in Auckland with you Island boys chased him into a bar.

Good korero, he know's what he's talking about.
I remember when a bunch of skinheads moved into our neighbourhood in Newton on the cnr of Virginia ave and Takau st.
They attacked a couple of KC members, one of them took off and came back with a gang KC members. Our parents were yelling at us all to get inside 😂. Long story short, we never saw those skinheads again 😅
@billymcgill2205 nope, they had numbers that's all

I remember Owaeraka boys home you get fed well in there. I had a joint with 2 of the staff too much the good ole days.
Who remember king cobras when it started out as martial arts fighting club 🥋
We did our training in our our gym at the KC Head quarter,s and night club in the old Greer,s building in Douglas Street Ponsonby, It was a 4 story building and the gym was on the 3rd floor with a full size boxing ring and decked out gym, A few of our member,s entered Boxing and kick boxing tournament,s at the YMCA and took out some of the tournament's, The night club was on the 2nd floor, People from around Auckland would come and party and dance to the live band,s and music held there, etc,,,,
Funny I just watched the doc Samoans in Auckland they had clip of that in there .
