Jimmy, you are slightly over the top with this move. I get what you are trying to do, but you lower body MUST start the downswing. Your connection thoughts are not totally off, but if you continue to grove this arms first move at the top you are going to promote the leak to the right you currently have. Lowe body starts first and this creates an inside attack at the ball…which is the correct attack approach.
Your videos are brilliant in their approach. Banging ball after ball in an edited youtube might be helpful but do not convey the most important things - patience, measure and self evaluation/correction required for each of us to succeed at our own levels. No one before has captured these principals so well.

Rolled for forty years until the other day when I for some reason saw the right hand on the takeaway of a pro. It clicked and something new is going on! Now I’m just working on the little things that make it even better and hope the putting also improves. Why did they teach the rolling away all those years ago even till now? What a waste of time.

My playing partner started watching all of those videos a while back and it screwed up his swing. So for me, I find these videos to be invaluable for beating him every time 😉

Ive been playing 15 years. Ive just recently really started to understand the game though. Keep playing you’ll get it.

People’s tendency when they use arms is less body rotation. Arms are over rated to the amateur.
Im using my arms, just not actively. I use my arms when I walk also, so do you. But not actively, same scenario.
