I had gotten away from being able to hold my finish, the slow swing episode reminded me to slow my tempo, immediately returned to good balance, holding the finish, club distances started returning to expectations. Thanks.

😊 My wife and I watched this on RUclips boob tube several evenings ago. Then went out to our 70 yard backyard chipped range and it immediately helped her make consistent contact and straight shots. She could only hold it for 1 second, but she’ll keep improving. Nice that it removes all other swing thoughts. Helped me as well but I’ve been a fan of yours for sometime now. Thanks Jimmy. CB

In addition, how far you stand away from the ball, can throw your balance off. The fix ? During your practice swing notice where the club hits the ground. That becomes your distance from the ball. It’s that simple. Yet, many golf players just walk up to the ball and artificially determine where they will stand, then wonder we they fall over when they swing…..amazing. Your practice swing tells you where to stand.
saw the video last night. Headed out to the range today morning to "seahomyfi" (swing easy and hold my finish) - felt perfect instantly. Just used this at a tournament with my company last year shot 97 this year 84 swinging smooth and that is after a triple bogey 8 on first hole - got there late Easily should have shot in 70s and only been doing this for a few days Wave to the camera didn’t try too much accept last hole tried to make a hybrid get there in two and doubled the hole. +5 on two holes and +7 over Last 16

Alright jimmy I have been playing for a year and a half and still hit 100. I feel better about my swing but sometimes 3 putt for triple bogie. That means I’m consistently inconsistent. I’m playing a hard course tomorrow that I usually play and I’m doing this. I’ll let you know how it goes. I would love for my golf to be this stress free.

I actually got laughed at by a couple of workmates last year when I said I genuinely have no swing thoughts as I take my shots. I set up, go back and swing through with as little thought as possible. Sure I’m not the biggest of hitters but I’m the most consistent in our “group”

If you can stand straight and turn right to shake someone's hand, using your left hand, you can do a body swing. It's maybe even easier for a senior than an arm swing where the arms move in front of a relatively immobile trunk (speaking as a senior). Just don't reach right only with your arm.

For us older golfers we can't hit Irons as far, I have to swing my Driver so I can get at least 175 yards to stand a chance at bogey.
175 from the forward tees should give you plenty of chance at par.
