I tested that with alot of different monitors even up to 1000€ euro ones but the benq 2411k was the best one imo (fastest and most responcive without ghosting). It also looks much more vibrant and clean when using the ultra hd mode (capped at 120hz)
I bought the BenQ EX2510 after watching your review, and it’s really good overall monitor for its price. Can you do a comparison between these two monitors?
@@ichampagnez2204 Probably not at the price its at now. However, I saw something a few days ago where they are going to lower the cost of the XL2546k from 500 to around 350 within the next 6 months. Maybe then it would make more sense to upgrade. Still love my 2411k.
@@ichampagnez2204 monitor feels good in game, I like it. Don't spend all your money on it but if you can afford it & need a new monitor go for it. I think zowie even offers programs where you can try the monitor out before you buy.
The thing is. I have astigmatism. As other people I saw using TN panel for that ( for some reason we don't get eye strain with TN panels ). I tried Alienware Nano IPS panel and it hurts my eyes so bad. Even IPS panels hurts it so bad. I don't know why. VA panels are somewhat easier, but still not perfect. For me, the best is TN panels. I am a front end developer, so the colors are important to me somewhat, if I don't get from the designer. So the thing is, the calibrated TN is pretty much close to an IPS color gamut. Not the same, but close. Also, most importantly to my health, I can use it 12+ hours a day for working. I was not able to do that with IPS panels unfortunately and I tried so many. I returned like 15 different ips / nano ips monitors. I calibrated each of them. I have glasses. I tried f lux. I have bias lightning behind the monitor. I tried all sorts of settings. I sit properly as well. Nothing helped. But a TN monitor.
I wish Zowie would make a 240hz 1440p monitor with their DyAC options, or even just a 144hz 1440p with it. I feel like it would easily sell far more than the Samsung G7 and Alienware 27in 240hz 1440p monitors if it pulled off the same type of performance as the 240hz 1080p version.
i dont know how close that 2411k is to my 2411z (benq please, better naming scheme), but there are hidden overdrive settings depending on wether you chose low blut mode or not. one way would be to switch to low blur (dyac in your instance), select medium overdrive and then switch off low blur, for a bright, very clear imagie with minimal overshoot (ghosting) also there is a way to change the porch timing to brighten up the image ALOT when in low blur mode
As much as DyAc is a godsend, I don't think it alone can make up for the lack of adaptive sync, and the fact that it's a TN panel. Nowadays IPS panels can get within spitting distance of the performance TN's used to dominate over. 230 dollars for a TN panel is a bit pricey.
My dude. This monitor is sold for motion clarity (on a budget at that), yes the IPS can hit close response times but the ghosting will be more noticeable whether you like it or not. Especially at a budget range. I hate when people talk about monitors without mentioning the little details that are actually vital to deciding a panel, but no website or company or reviewer ever fucking mention them. No wonder Nvidia invented the LDAT.
This monitor is aimed at competitive fps pc gamers. They turn down most graphics to low to as much fps and clarity as possible. Don’t buy this if you want your game to look good. At fps over 100 fps adaptive sync doesn’t matter because time between frames are very short.
I got this for myself for Christmas. Honestly, it’s not bad at all. It’s just a little outdated compared to other monitors. However, it is a blessing to have those controls as it makes adjusting settings easier compared to my Omen monitor. I snagged this for $179, so maybe that’s why it’s worth it to me.

I actually come to dislike thinner bezels. And i think it is because i use my monitor for work too, and from time to time i put sticky notes on bezels.
I own both the 240hz XL2546K and the XL2411K and honestly this 144hz monitor is pretty good. DyAc is kinda unusable due to how dim the screen gets for me personally but I don't really feel much difference with DyAc enabled anyways and after some color calibration this monitor gets pretty close to IPS/VA panels, however colors seem more vibrant on the 240hz model but this gets fairly close to it. My in game performance remains the same regardless of which monitor I use, I usually take the 144hz one with me while travelling to use it with my laptop and I am pretty satisfied with it.

can make a review of Benq Mobiuz EX2510 ?
Can you please link your ink desktop backgrounds? Very pretty
I currently game on a Benq senseye 3 upgraded to this monitor going to be a big upgrade for me.
i want to get a monitor without PWM. would you recommend this monitor? or something else?
Did you guys recommend this monitor ??
I own both the 240hz XL2546K and the XL2411K and honestly this 144hz monitor is pretty good. DyAc is kinda unusable due to how dim the screen gets for me personally but I don't really feel much difference with DyAc enabled anyways and after some color calibration this monitor gets pretty close to IPS/VA panels, however colors seem more vibrant on the 240hz model but this gets fairly close to it. My in game performance remains the same regardless of which monitor I use, I usually take the 144hz one with me while travelling to use it with my laptop and I am pretty satisfied with it.
Can I ask what cables came with XL2411K?
