Trim down a little bit when the bow is raising on you like that and it'll bring the bow back down. I always start with trim all the way down on take off and trim up as the bow begins to dig with the speed increase 👍
@@Flipzco Makes sense, yeah hitting a tree is no fun lol especially being your first time getting her out on the water. Glad shes runnin good for ya man! 🔥
He needs to trim up not down he was full throttle with his trim all the way down. As stated full throttle woth trim all the way down then slowly raise your trim until you are on plane
another thing to check is the flotation foam it may be water logged and loading the stern full of water you can't get rid of that would certainly explain the tendency to want to wheelie and ride bow super high
Tons of pike in there. I use the same launch. Boat looks good. Recognized the name from car show days I have some flipzco hats somewhere. Boats looking good dude.
Oh yea! Have a collection - just one of those days they weren’t eating after the rain… nice dude! Yeah miss car show days they just arent the same after Covid. Thanks so much! Hoping to get back out on the Passaic
Thanks ! I’m grateful, I believe you are more genuine and really filming what you believe makes you happy when you share the world your hobbies and fun times!
Just got myself a restoration boat. 1500$ also. It’s. 1989 skeeter sd125 with a Johnson v4 120. Overall in good shape have carpet seats and other odds and ends on the way. Got luck a buddy’s dad was the owner the last 13 years.
@@Flipzco very very welcome, I’m doing my first boat restoration on. 94 champion and your video helped me a lot and im gonna do the same style flooring/sea deck
I really hope you fixed that wiring and secured that battery since this video was filmed. That's a fire waiting to happen. Where in NJ are you by chance? I live in Staten island and fish in and around Lake Hopatcong a lot. It's a nice boat bro, but you NEED to fix those issues in that back bilge area.
Older video but I have to say. Rookie, please put those truck keys in a pocket or bag and the boat keys on a KEYFLOAT. You're welcome. Don't ask me how I know this is important.
great videos just starting watching. Please for the love of god do some audio equalizing. Your voice is quiet and then BAMM!!! smashed with loud music and then back to quiet voice.
Boats already putting in work 🔥🔥🔥
No fish yet but will get on it!!!

Thanks for the tip! The river is so shallow, I got somewhat nervous clipping a downed tree branch. But out here in FL she’s cooking on plane now
