@Crimsxn_K1ra it's only really trippy if you hear both in succession. your brain is tuned into a minor and then it's a major and some of the key notes in harmony (especially the 3rd and 6th) are changed and so it sounds weird by contrast
Absolutely awful. It's crazy that a professional would deem this performance passable, and even crazier is deeming the arrangement in major even acceptable.
Here is an opinion Playing a piano at a professional level when it’s been spoon fed to you since a kid as a prodigy is not impressive Why : because that is the equivalent of me being impressed at the sight of a man speaking Arabic when he was born and raised in Arabia My view : it is more impressive when someone who didn’t have the silver spoon plays at a high level for the mental fortitude it takes. Here is another opinion. Playing a piece from the same 5-7 composers is not impressive when they have been revised and studied for decades and centuries with the best tips and techniques figured out. Why : to play a piece that has yet to be unlocked and discovered is a lot harder especially when nobody has stereotypically coined the “sound” for that composer. However this piece is “new” regardless so I see it ever more interesting. Well done

in any song or piece, the transition from a minor to c major is smooth. whereas the a major, it's trippy
that's because a minor is the minor relative of c major. a major and c major are not related
