My thighs didn’t slim down a whole bunch since during the workout I forgot to also do cardio to help burn the fat,but it did still tone my legs a lot! And slimmed them down a bit.If your wanting to try it I would recommend doing this workout 1-3x a day,with a mixture of cardio throughout the week!!

I have been doing this workout plus front thigh plus calves plus love handles workouts all workouts are about of 10 mins i have been doing every exercise from mizi's account except the love handles one
And tbh i see insane results in my inner thigh just in 2 weeks i am sooo sooo glad to have these results i have been trying do hard since 2 years but nothing had happened i just love these workouts
I didn't see much results in my front thigh or calves but these were soo effective

I wanted to ask what happens if u do it every day exept for Saturday and sunday but I continue on monday and the rest of the week and rest on Saturday and sunday, does it still work or do i need to do it on Saturday and sunday too?
