    y'all i'm finally getting my result, it took me at least 2 months to finally realize it. i kinda lazy of doing it so i hadn't been consistent in the past, but for the last one month i did it regulary, when i wore my dress for graduation, i can see the curve omg 😂 sure that everyone wasn't noticing it, at least i tried and it did come with the result. keep doing it my girls, i know you want to wear pretty dress and look confident in it 😊

    I’ve been doing this workout with a regular 10 minute glute workout and I feel like my muscles in that area have gotten so much stronger. I feel more capable doing the workouts now even after just a week

    미지님 운동 유산소위주로 열심히해서 한달 2kg뺐어요 식단까지 한다면 더 빠지겠지만 제 운동모토가 먹을건 먹고 막찌지는 말자 거든요 제가 허리디스크가 있어서 운동을 막 못하는것도 있구요 감사인사 드리고 싶었어요 꼭

    your exercise is good but I have been doing it for a year now,
    Stomach, arm will be reduced,
    But my thighs are not shrinking
